(Can be any length) I believe that I should have this rank because I feel like I have been a huge help to this community, whether it be through PD getting criminals off the streets or just driving around as a State Trooper and answering questions that people have.Throughout my time playing on this server I have learned many very valuable lessons that I believe can be used to help others. Also personally, every time ive logged on to the server, I see that Hiring Staff next to the name and I think. What if that was me. I know that I wont be the greatest staff member online, instantly. But Im hoping that with this new responsibility under my belt, that I can help improve the community and myself at the same time when it comes to these roleplay situations gone wrong and people needing help. Also currently in real life I have been accepted last week into the RCMP CPAC program, I am one of ten students that have gotten in, out of the 400 that applied and I have also worked with the CCG. This is why I believe that I am well suited for this job, and I would be happy to do it. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Once the sit begins (On some roof), and the cursing continues I would ask them to stop. If the cursing still continues, I would verbally warn the person that continuing the behavior could result in more trouble. After possibly getting the person to calm down I would explain why they where brought into the sit and give them a Waring for Mass RDMing, for whatever reason the cursing still continued I would jail the person then force gag the person, explain what was going on and why and I would call an appropriate higher-up to minge him for 10,000 seconds for mass rdm.

Very true, but i dont know what the server can do about it. If they can change it it would look so much nicer. And bring out more role play with people actually out walking around and by the lake...Maybe also different weathers(cloudy,rainy,sunny etc.) Any change would be better than no change +support

I see this as a Major problem for OFCs, Personally I think they should also be on the real road, a new car or car skin with PD makings on it. But maybe instead of full PD markings it has an L/TRAINING sticker on the back +/- support

I really see that this could be a huge help for the PD and the rest of the government, HOWEVER as soon as this goes into affect personally I feel like there could be some push-back from the criminals and they would be forces to drive more expensive cars to go faster. Im am split, but im government first so im bias. +support

I would love this, especially for the observation of OFC's some of them being untrustworthy and so forth. +Support

I like this idea, It would need a building to go into though and I personally cant imagine it fitting in anywhere unless you would get rid of some housing, but besides that I think this would help everyone out. And its just another way for me to spend money. +Support

smart idea, What would also help with this would be a sign at spawn listing all the things that the current president want to be legal/illegal and that sign would change/update depending on what the precedent wants. +Support

I Agree, If Im a criminal at the end of my crime all i have to do is make sure i get killed. Then I would get off free. +support

There is already one, that just started recently. However it is not in-game so unless you have two monitors it isn't really that handy. Personally, I looked at both the VIP+ and the Job Bundle. I would recommend going for the VIP+ (however the Car Bundle sound good too)
