+Support I like this idea but I think the Serial Killer time should be increased a little bit.

+Support The current location causes the bank and FBI area to become very crowded. If the spawn is moved, it might not just fix the over-crowding by bank, but it would be easier for new players to find the dealership.

+Support I enjoyed having fuel in the server. It made it so pursuits could eventually end without shooting or crashing into them and it made you keep an eye on your fuel level so you don't run out.
