But they always get in shootouts to avoid jail and it’s fun at first but after a while all anyone ever does is shoot the cops and then don’t go to jail. With the rule there is no more RP pullovers and actual consequences. If we jail them after they get revived and taken to the hospital that brings more RP for EMS and the criminals will think before acting

-support Vinny is always on staff and we all have to leave abruptly to go help our families and do things we weren’t expecting to do and don’t necessarily have time to switch or change our names. A strike is not warranted, but rather, just suck it up and either get someone else on or just ask everyone for patience. We should not be trying to get people striked the second they do something wrong all the time, but rather have a understanding for others and their lives and to give them leeway when they need to do something. If I found someone AFK I will try my best to work around them and if possible get someone else on and not always go to striking and reporting someone for a situation that could well of been handled in game.

what if we made this so that if they die in a criminal vs. cop situation they can be taken to the hospital and arrested when released. This adds realism for both the EMS workers and for everyone else. Cops will accompany to hospital and be there to book him after while giving EMS more to do than just revive and leave

+ Support ever since this rule was changed there are hardly any more PD and always a overwhelming amount of criminals. With that being said everyone’s gets in a gun fight the second we show up just to avoid arrest Andy after a while it does suck because as officers we can never just pull someone over for something without it leading to a shootout. I believe the rule should be changed back and then people will think about what they do and the consequence will be before they do it and there won’t be a million shootouts and more role play will be established instead of just turning a corner and being shot by a criminal refusing to want to go to jail agreed!! Happens in real life all the time

Well the command I was referring wouldn't switch your jobs but rather just switch you into admin mode without switching your RP jobs and then when you press that button again you will return to your RP job again if that clears it up a little
