(Can be any length) I believe I can hold this rank effective due to the fact that I have staffed both Gaminglight servers, and StarWarsRP servers quite a few times in the past. I usually get compliments from players and other staff at my ability to handle things and make good, quick, and honest decisions. I am already being able to show that I can balance my time between servers, as I am in command positions on both, meaning that activity can be less of a concern. I also have proven my ability to staff and be a part of running GamingLight as I have been staff multiple times, and have been in divisions such as being a forum diplomat in the past, and currently being on the support team. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first bring them to a sit as anyone else. I would attempt to get a reason or explanation to prove them, innocent, but if not take proper action. If they just sit and yell at me they will get gagged to I can get my point across that they will be minged/warned/banned/etc. If they continue this in text chat, they will get muted, and if continued in admin chat; I will go seek a ban for them.

I love being able to use my ability to lead well, and putting it to good use. I also have a good dedication that allows a small or dead server, or a growing/new one like this. This was proven by my involvement in helping to revive MilRP, and putting in a lot of time and effort to RP commanding and staffing alike. I am also immediately drawn to shock for the security aspects, I have loved being MP on MilRP, and in police on (an)other server(s). I know I will be able to put my time and effort to good use to help the server to get players, and keep them interested. Furthermore, I can really well balance my time between servers/positions, as this has been a skill I have been able to develop in other communities where I had to do a lot more thing than just the two or three things, and with much more dedication than I would have to achieve here in GL, so I have no doubt in my ability to be on when I can/when needed. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? None on this server, obviously because it's new. Though, I have weeks of playtime on other gaminglight servers, and more if you include non GL servers. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? To lead and organize the branch, make sure the members are in order, and to see that all documentation, or other essentials of the branch are tended to. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have shown my abaility on GL servers in the past and currently, though I have been through many communities, and commanded/lead many star wars type RP servers in the past. I feel that for those who know me, my actions will speak louder than words for saying that I am a very capable commander. well, you apparently can. Like I said, I never played PoliceRP. There is no reason I should be banned. Also, (from when your profile was created) you probably wouldn't know Valkyri3, it was likely him who banned be. He had a lot of issues with me, I have a hue history of unfair punishment from him. Mind giving a reason, Because there should be no reason to -support in my opinion. It's literally banning a player who hasn't done anything wrong, with no reason. Well, there isn't. Unless you prove one, it would be appreciated to be assumed innocent until proven guilty.

U.S. Centeral Why would you want to join our Support team( 100 words+) I want to be able to help out the community however I can, that is why I joined staff, but MilRP isn't hitting high player count, so I'm not doing much when on there. With that being said, I still am able to give my time to help any player who are in need of it. I figured that the support team would be a good way of doing that. It would also look good for the server because users will love being able to have faster support times because there are more available support team members. On top of that, I don't want to see GL loose more players like MilRP did, and getting people quick, easy, help when they need it will keep them here. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? As stated before, I could be yet another addition to the team, to help everyone get support within a faster time frame, and be another mind to add to the knowledge pool if someone else didn't know something that I did. I have a lot of experience and a lot of time on GamingLight, so I know a lot about the various servers, how they run, and also just Gmod in general, so I could help with non-server related issues as well if someone asks. As far as quality support goes, I don't loose my temper easily, and keep a calm head when dealing with people, so I can always make good calls for what to do and when to do it.
