It'd be up to the DOC guard if who ever is on, the DOC decides if he allows me president into the DOC, really the president should be in his office

+Support DOC on my opinion ruined troopers, that's why not as many people we're active on troopers I'd say in opinion. Or make it like SGT+ (trooper rank) doesn't have to stick to the DOC rule.

I've been told before by staff that I can take a hostage, even when they're not tied up, because this is from when I was robbing a store. A couple have told me as long as I keep a gun pointed at the hostage, I'd be good and just go with the RP and they don't see anything wrong about it. Glow didn't even take me to a sit and explain to me on what I did wrong, he just straight up warned me and left apparently, I didn't even notice the warn until a day later. This is of course optional to remove, I just feel like it's sooo bull, because everyone else does not care about cable tying up a hostage. Any extra information: I've seen high up staff members just go it and even staff that are watching the RP over their shoulders and people actually making negotiations and the hostage getting out in-harmed.

+Support I again do apologize, I was the only staff on and was getting spammed reports I should've went more into the sit, I feel and urge it to be removed, there wasn't exactly evidence given on the fear rp for both sides.
