Why do you believe you are the best candidate for the Commander position?: Although I may not be MTF or even from a full combative branch, I believe this experience will work with you, instead of against you. As mentioned I have a unique take and experience from other branches like maintenance and R&D. If mixed with the knowledge and time given as Commander, I would attempt to assist or make the branch feel unique and fun in its way. My activity has always been over and above, so there would never be an issue of inactivity, or using Commander as just a status symbol. I take a lot of time and care to insure my CMD is working well and don't have any issues (Even in maintenance doing monthly check-ins on all SCMD and below) I grow to improve in any field I lack, If told I made a mistake or given constructive criticism, I listen and improve anything questioned. I also spent lots of time connecting with people and even HCMD all around the server, I believe my server reputation (not to boast) is amazingly positive. I believe I am great for this position due to my Commitment, over and above Activity, responsibility, experience with commanding, great connections and relationships, and honestly just really wanting to try this out 7. What specific skills and qualities do you possess that make you competent enough to run the branch?: My past work in maintenance and outstanding commitment earned me a Vulcan award as a result, and the responsibility to be Command Overseer. My R&D work has been shown through training and activity, and my commitment to EOI & Bio-Engineer being Deputy Head in both. I believe this shows my great managing abilities being SCMD and sub-branch Overseer/Deputy head. I attempt to always go the extra mile to show my energy to make a true impact and great playing experience for others. If a big requirement, I do have past experiences in combative areas of GL, reworking MMF to what it is today and once again earning a award from it, and being Deputy Head bio-Engineer/EOI DH. I have skills in learning fast and managing multiple branches as SCMD, with also my qualities ranging from my great record of activity, my impact on SCP-RP with my Staffing abilities, and now being an Admin on the server. I rarely would need assistance being CMDR unless necessary, I work hard and commit fully to whatever project I'm tasked with, and overall fit for this position. How do you plan on running the branch?: I plan to be productive and efficient with my time working as a CMDR. Productivity would be shown through encouraging fellow CMD to host organized PTs/Cross PTs or alternativity asking my SMCD to encourage the same. I would be efficient by assisting in any tasks that require a CMDR/HCMD and not dedicate my time to situations where SCMD and below can resolve the problem. These allow me to focus on building relationships with other branches & improving the branch as a whole. I expect my CMD and all members to be respectful and continue to push the idea of a friendly and welcoming branch, this would gain more attention for its welcoming atmosphere and result in improving everyone's experience overall. I would push the idea of activity heavily as Commander. I would be focused on making pings for any new updates and asking everyone to flag on, assisting or carrying out removals and strikes, and managing any type of Roster. I've created the maintenance official sub-branch roster and managed it alongside CMD with no issues. form responses, SOP changes, training quizzes, and all of the above I have experience, and would push to improve and perfect if needed. truthfully I believe my impact will result in a positive good look on the branch, and make it shine to be one of the best. 9. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: Over my time here I have been able to make great connections with CMD and HCMD in almost every branch. My relationships with other branches would be starting strong and overall not a challenge to start with! Even with that info aside, A great way to maintain these healthy relationships in branches is to stay connected with everyone while growing your branch and others. This would be done through regular check-ins with branch heads, resolving anything from Performance issues & Quality of life changes that improve all branches. Staying active alongside monitoring all CMD and enlisted is great for anyone to reach out to you (regarding any issues that involve HCMD). Showing great commitment and leadership to the branch also shows other branch members and everyone that you are a capable leader and an overall assist your strong branch relations. Why do you believe you are the best candidate for the Commander position?: I believe I am the best candidate for the Commander Position due to all of my past experiences, my knowledge of the server both in and out of rp, along with my personality and ability to lead. I have held Commander positions throughout 3 GamingLight branches/battalions, along with an Army High Command position on Imperial, which would be roughly equivalent to a Zone Manager. Outside of GamingLight I have held another 4 Commander styled positions, with each position being drastically different from the previous one. Every single Commander or higher position I have held has given me drastically unique perspectives on leadership and branch/battalion management which is very different from the previous, all of which compounds intensely giving me, in my honest opinion, the ability to adapt and lead any branch regardless of the branches objectives & rules. On top of this, one of the most important lessons I learned on Imperial was during my time as a High General. In this position I learned how to look for exceptional candidates to promote to HCMD positions along with the ability to read both sides of the coin in branch/battalion updates. While I am continuing to learn and improve myself as a leader, I believe these qualities are completely necessary in a high command member. - Character : As a command member you are expected to be approachable by both the members inside your branch and those from outside, you are expected to be a courteous individual capable of dealing with any issues that may arise with both professionalism & respect. I believe that I have proven myself to contain all of these qualities along with being an approachable individual. Not only do they need to know the rules & regulations of their branch, but they also need to have the knowledge to create & ensure all branch documentation is up to date. While my knowledge on Alpha-1 “Red Right Hand” might be limited to the way RRH works in the past year, my knowledge on documents, as evident from my time in command, is vast & inexpensible. I have in many cases created entirely new documents for branches to compliment new or changing rules. As evident from the new Epsilon-11 sop, the Delta-4 sop, along with a multitude of documents outside these branches, I have the necessary knowledge to create & uphold docs and much much more. On top of this, with my position in staff, I have a general understanding on how most other branches work, which further improves my ability to lead Alpha-1. On top of this, Experience is a crucial component in High Command, and its role in new branches is even more crucial. As stated above, I hold a vast plethora of command experience in the Gaming Light community, with even more experience outside of it. I have held command positions in branches/battalions, each with their own objectives & goals. All of my past experience has done nothing short of bolstering my adaptability capabilities and experience to take a position in any role and effectively learn the position and take charge. All of my previous experience has some amount of direct resemblance to Alpha-1. Epsilon-11 is a SCP MTF tasked with SCP containment, GOI Combating, and many other tasks. High General & Army High Command on ImperialRP gave me a unique perspective on leadership & oversight which further improved my ability to lead & effectively command a branch regardless of who may be in it, or what role the branch may play. During my tenure as Vice Commander in Shock, I further improved my abilities to accurately enforce rules & create RP around such scenarios, which directly corresponds to A-1. Finally, as the Commander of Death Troopers, where our primary job was to protect personnel, I learned how crucial it is to follow & uphold codes & rules, which plays a massive role in Alpha-1. Also my skills and insight on individuals personal performance was greatly molded as I was in charge of choosing the next candidates for the Army Low Command Team (Vice Commander > Senior Commander), this greatly improves how I am able to view an individual's performance and safely determine if they are a good fit for a certain position, a skill incredibly beneficial to Command members. During my time in the Death Trooper Battalion, with assistance from my fellow Naval Command members, I reworked the DT Documents into a newer more streamlined system that I believe is more user friendly and utilizes a more pleasing appearance. I also, with assistance from Army High Command, helped rework the Shock Documents to a more user-friendly streamlined system that benefited Shock members of all ranks. I believe these feats/changes along with my time and actions as command prove my experiences and knowledge make me trustworthy for Army High Command. “Unlike other applicants, I have served in a command capacity in other battalions on GamingLight ImperialRP reaching the rank of Commander in the Death Trooper battalion, During this time I believe I set a good example of what it means to be a commander and truthfully fulfilled my definition and idea of a good commander. I gained experience on how GL Command operates and works both in the server and outside. I have shown that I am capable of updating the roster and ensuring all relevant documents are in pristine condition to further support the battalion. During my time on Imperial as well as my current serving time on SCP, I have shown levels of Dedication on and off the server which supports my ability to lead a branch of this caliber. I am available at almost any time on discord, and even own the mobile TS app allowing me to get into TS even when i'm not at my computer. Even when I'm not on the server, I am always looking into and possibly even working on documents or ideas for my branch, and this quality has consisted in previous command experiences on Imperial as well. I am confident my dedication to the branch will be unmatched, evident by both my dedication to Epsilon-11 along with the positions before. “Outside of my previous 2 year long trek on Imperial-RP, I have been on and off SCP-RP for almost a year now, having seen a large variety of command members and a brief glimpse of how they operate in and out of branches. During my 2 year trek on Imperial-RP I only ever took breaks to focus on school and personal matters. These breaks have allowed me to learn how to balance my personal and school life with GamingLight meaning I won't need to take long breaks harming my fellow Command members or the branch as a whole. In my time as Vice Commander in Shock, I believe I further proved how Dedicated I was to the server and the battalions I serve. I was constantly talking and communicating with some of my fellow shock troopers and Army Command members in discord, and even hopped into TeamSpeak3 calls and meetings while at work. I made every effort I could to assist and better shock, along with any battalion I was in regardless of whether I was on the server or not. I believe these qualities along with my actions as a Command Member prove I am dedicated enough for Initiate Inspector. Although I did take a month and a half break from the server, I previously dedicated a consistent amount of time to the DT battalion, and believe I have already shown a consistent level of dedication in the short time I have been in the shock battalion. I have even received High Command permission to transfer my DT reserves to: upon activation: reach a rank high enough to truly benefit the battalion. With all of this in mind I believe I can confidently say that I am Dedicated enough to effectively lead the Shock Security battalion as a Vice Commander. “I have and continue to put forth a large majority of time to the battalion, While not on the server I am almost always reachable in Discord and can occasionally hop into TeamSpeak when needed. I do my best to attend every meeting from DT meetings to command meetings, whether I am at work or at home. Time and time again I have shown a level of responsibility that far surpasses the expectation. Not only do I hold myself responsible for any mistakes or issues which I make either directly or indirectly, I strive to help hold the rest of my branch responsible, and I hold no hesitation when doing so. I use my own personal beliefs to help shape my judgment and effectively reprimand those who cross a line, while also maintaining a level of leniency which doesn't become an expectation but allows outstanding members to relax & truly take a breather when it's needed. As a Command member you should be fully capable of holding anyone & everyone responsible but still have the ability to treat your command members with respect and care. 8. How do you plan on running the branch?: As this branch is entirely new, it will require a level of attention & care which hasn’t been seen on the server since the launch of Delta-5. As such my plan for running the branch would be mainly based around an idea of increasing the reputation of the branch in nothing but a positive light while creating an environment that its members can enjoy and flourish in. I plan on holding every member to a very strict T, myself included, not tolerating any amount of hate, disrespect, slander, or toxicity regardless of whom it may be directed towards. I would work on building a respectable branch which seems both elusive & secretive but allows for its members to truly enjoy their time while playing. To put it bluntly, I fully plan on trying to create a serious environment where everyone on the outside can enjoy a new type of RP, while those inside can fully enjoy all of the benefits of the branch & feel at home with a group of individuals whom they enjoy playing with. As this branch would be exclusive & difficult to get into, I would try my hardest and make it a true goal to encourage everyone in the branch regardless of rank to be a very tight knit group where everyone is friends with everyone. However with all of this being said, I have no intentions on making the branch anything more than a game. Everyone in the branch would have expectations, and I would hold them to said expectations, however I would encourage them to build friendships & have fun while doing so. I would also like to add, that while I would be a HCMD member within the branch, I don’t plan on sharing any plans or ideas I have regarding changes within Alpha-1 solely because I, along with everyone else, is on the dark on how A-1 will work, as such I will leave out any potential ideas or changes I would like to see made to avoid promises which can’t be kept and that alike. 9. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: As this branch is entirely new, creating lasting & strong relations with other branches is one of the most crucial components in launching this branch. To maintain respect with other branches, while not compromising the integrity of cross-branch relations, I would ensure all changes & proposals are effectively communicated with other branch HCMD, while also creating positive interactions with members of all branches through PTs, and other trainings. On the side of High Command, I would actively use the High Command chats to interact and discuss the impact Alpha-1 has on all the other branches and see if there are any issues or complaints. Outside of direct HCMD-only discussions, I would actively try and listen to OOC chats and other chats to see the general ideas and thoughts on A-1 and use them as a guide for ways to improve the branch. Overall, communication is one of the most crucial aspects of anything in life, and as such doing something as simple as just listening to others goes a long way. I would strive to make sure that myself and all my officers are constantly listening to anyone and everyone to ensure A-1 develops a memorable persona of being a well oiled branch that effectively listens & communicates with everyone. Another thing I would try and build is positive interactions with other SFs, with Alpha-1 being as elite and secretive as it is, creating lasting relationships with other SFs would be overly beneficial as these groups would be the most common interactive group for A-1. I feel confident in my knowledge to help people that have any questions or require additional assistance. Furthermore, being apart of the support team, I can help anyone in need. Question 1: What is your IGN? (In Game Name) IC SSVL DMS MAJ 6654 Alpha Question 2: What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando: Sev Question 3: Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? There are many reasons why I would like to become a Vice Commander of Imperial Commandos. One of these reasons would be to help improve the battalion as well as help the battalion grow, whether this be through numbers or getting even more active Imperial Commandos. IC as a whole has had a few very respectful and great Vice Commanders leave as of recent. From this, I would like to step up and fill the spot that they have left, while in this position I can help the battalion as much as I can. Another reason why I would like to become Sev is so that I can help the Crimson Squad fully rebuild themselves. I have done what I can in my current position to help Crimson Squad to the fullest. I want to unlock the full potential that is within the squads of IC. Another reason why I would like to become a IC Vice Commander is that as of now, IC is lacking a complete foundation, by this I mean that we don’t have enough Command Members to be on when they are needed, I’m hoping that I can try to stabilize this foundation by becoming a Vice Commander. My final reason for wanting to become a Vice Commander of IC is so that I can help Improve the battalion. There are a lot of documents and issues that need to be fixed in IC as well as to help fill the position that we currently need. Those being a Sniper Lead, Demo Lead and Vice Lead. In the end, I want to help re-stabilize IC and give it a proper foundation by helping the existing Command Members. I believe I can further do this by being a Vice Commander within IC. Question 4: How much game time do you have on the server? The purpose of a Vice Commander within this battalion is to make sure that the battalion is on a stable foundation as well as to keep each sector of the battalion functioning and operating on all stances. For example, each Command Member within IC has their own sector that they oversee, but when there are not enough Command Members that responsibility falls onto the other Command Members to oversee the sectors. In my opinion the main purpose of a Vice Commander in this battalion is to make sure that all areas are stable and to make sure that all areas are functioning as they should be. Some aspects of this would be: -Leadership: Without any Leadership battalions would fall apart, you need someone to be able direct others as well as be directed at times. This allows a battalion to function and operate properly. If a battalion fails to do this then they would eventually fall apart. -Understanding the balance between fun and having to be serious: I myself have fallen to this, in my early days of IC, I didn’t fully understand the aspect of when to be serious and when not to be. This led to me having many troubles, but across my time in IC there were many people who helped me understand this. Now I have gotten to a position where I can help others, this was all because of some people that helped me like Rusty and Wes. There needs to be a balance to where someone needs to know the right and wrong, when to have fun and when to be serious. -Activity: Lastly is activity. If you don’t have an active command team, there is very little that gets done, across my time in IC I have seen active and not so active command teams, I hope to change this for the better by being as active as I can. Question 6: Why should we trust you to be a commander? I feel that I could be trusted with this position from the experiences and responsibilities that I have gained within IC, as well as being the scout sniper vice lead and a demo senior. I do all that I can to ensure that each Sub Battalion within IC gets what they need as well as all members follow their rules, from this I can also be trusted because of how I lead the Scout Snipers as well as operate the Scout Snipers. I have done my best to improve the standards within Scout Snipers that the previous Sev left. Another reason I can be trusted is that I have worked hard to improve and maintain the standards within each squad. With this I assisted in rebuilding Crimson Squad alongside Wheat and Boss, thus enabling us to get a full squad. I have been training Crimson Squad to the best of my ability, I have also been the Vice Lead of Omega Squad, during this time I tried to help the squad all I could, but due to several reasons I had to sadly leave the Squad. Finally I was also the Vice Lead of Elite Squad where I helped renew the documents and tidy up the documents that needed it. With the experience that I have gained within IC I believe that I am trusted by everyone within IC as well as the Command team, this is why I believe I can be trusted as a Vice Commander of IC. Question 7: How often can you be Online? Everyday most likely, my weekly play time on the server is around 30+ hrs per week. Question 8: Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) Well I do and you seem to be constantly getting warned and banned. You've racked up so many warns that even if you didn't LTAP, a ban is still justified.

Why do you want to be an Officer?: I want to be a officer of A-1 because I have been part of many branches and have always yearned for a new technically branch that is looking for trustworthy people who can do their job very well and have the skills, the patience, and the experience to bring a good environment to everyone and make it a good all around branch that everyone wants to join. I have been in every redacted group and have been a RRH Guardian showing that I have good attributes that can be used in the new Alpha-1 to make it best. I don't expect the branch to be perfect that is not what I want, I want a branch that needs work done and is in the works as I can do much more with a non established branch helping out where needed, and finding issues I may have or anyone else as to fix them to make their experience better. 6. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: I can offer good leadership that makes it so we are active and are always seen on the server even if it is only 1 person it still shows new players what we are all about and how awesome we are and if they are good enough they may have a chance of joining as well if we see fit. I have been high ranks in normal branches and in subranches showing I care and showing my confidence and that I was trusted with all those ranks making me feel that I have the competent's to show my worth and do my very best with the skills and other attributes I have. 7. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: Communication with other branches is key to success. Every branch works hand in hand to make the server better and that all starts with communication. Without it everything would go to ruins and the server may die out. MTF is a great group of people and we as combatants work together with them to get their job done but still getting our duties done. I work with people a lot and I love talking to people and I want to talk to everyone to see what their issues could be or their compliments as to make it better. As stated about their is never a perfect branch their never has been never will be but we can still make it close to perfect as it is loved by everyone old or new players that are looking for a cool fun branch to join and have a great time with everyone in it and out of it.
