DiscordID: 268571460602167296 (Fish#4354) 5. Why do you want to be an Officer?: I wish to be an officer in Red Right Hand as this is one of my favourite branches, right behind maintenance. I have been a part of this branch for almost 9 months and a part of the Salvus unit for 7 months. Guarding and escorting has brought me some of my most favourite experiences while on this server. Simply the amount of fun you can have while also maintaining an RP aspect is incredible and I truly believe escorting is what you make of it. Keeping our site admin and high commands safe is another satisfying part of the job. I can also build relations by working alongside mobile task squadrons, as well as numerous other branches. All in all, I wish to participate in this new step of the branch in an attempt to guide it and help it prosper. 6. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: As stated before I’ve been a Salvus unit for a while. Helped do initiations before and gave opinions when Red Right Hand was in its application phase. As for command experience I have been in multiple command positions before as well as leaders of numerous sub branches. In addition I am also currently the Head of Maintenance and am able to deal with situations and manage site personnel. Over my long time with the server I have garnered experience and the knowledge of how to manage a branch. As an A1 officer I will have experience in the field with escorting VIP's and managing other situations so that I won't simply be caught unsure of what to do. I pride myself on attempting to find a logical and efficient solution to most problems. 7. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: Communication is key to most things. And I try to always communicate with others and maintain a friendly but professional relationship. I have worked with the others in branches for a while now and have the grasp of negotiating and working with other command members in different branches. I try to work towards compromises that will benefit both parties rather than simply fighting for my own without regard to others. However I will still fight for my own branch if it comes down to it and it is necessary. I feel I have mostly positive relationships across the server and have enjoyed working with most if not everyone I’ve met on the server. Although lacking in content, she clearly shows her devout interest in the roleplay which the branch provides. Q6: Concisely declares previous command role, all of which took varying high amounts of dedication and focus to maintain. In particular, the HCMD role which shows extreme confidence, and devotion to branch of choice for Ayaya. As Ayaya has already been in RRH for several months, no questions can be made of her loyalty or willingness to stay with the branch; while also encouraging the growth of the branch.
