Dareaper27st Posted January 18, 2023 Share Posted January 18, 2023 (edited) In-Game Name: SM JAMES 1C35 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:102514995 Current Rank: SERGEANT MAJOR How long have you been in your current rank?: 2 months What timezone are you in?: eastern How many Warns do you have?: 34 Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I know that being command is a major role in this department because everyone under command looks up to those who are in command for guidance and to keep the department up and running , I should be promoted because I can bring leadership into this department I can give others guidance on how to do things and how the department works and show others how we are different and better from the rest I should also be promoted because even tho I got a lot of warns I haven’t been warned in a long while and I believe everyone can change into a better version of themselves if they willing to , and I’m willing to show those above me that im worthy and I can handle and take the responsibility of being a command member & that I’ve changed into a more mature and responsible person , I also should be promoted because im willing to handle situations where other higher command members can’t be at the moment im willing to not be these new guys or those below me friend im here to do what’s right im here to help build and grow the department not to joke and goof around because I know as a command member when we hop on and put on these uniforms we are not just representing ourselves we are representing the whole department and the face of it so being a command member is a big responsibility and everyone who has the opportunity and the privilege to become one should always put on a good image for the department , I also should be promoted because I can bring team work if I see errors from other officers I’m not here to judge I’m willing to help them evolve and build themselves up so they can become a better version of themselves and willing to build our officers as a team on patrol so they can become elite and so everyone knows PD don’t play that and show why PD is the #1 department in the server I also should be promoted because I can show that I’m worthy I wanna show those above me I have what it takes to be command and show that I’m here to help build PD and that I’m here to make sure that our department doesn’t fall apart or turn into a department with a bunch of minges and I should be promoted because I know with the amount of warns I have I know it’s a 1 strike policy with me on the team and I’m making a promise that if you give me this chance to join the command family I will not make any major mistakes to get myself demoted or niether make the entire PD command or department look bad You agree that disobeying any rules set by High Command will result in an immediate demotion (Yes/No): yes I do Edited January 22, 2023 by Dareaper27st Adding poll just learning how to add it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Posted January 20, 2023 Share Posted January 20, 2023 (edited) App seems good in length and it looks like you’ve spent a decent amount of time putting it together which is great, the 31 warns is quite a lot being said, and I’m not sure if you’ve contacted a chief+ about applying (over 15 warns you have to do so). With that being said I personally haven’t had any issues with you and you have been SM for a decent length of time so +support from me. (Just add a poll quickly so we can vote) best of luck. Just remember if you get command and even before what you do on crim will reflect on your gov jobs. Otherwise I have no issues.
