I was a Mod for Triton RP and Goldfish Gaming. Both of these servers are Dark RP servers and I held both of these positions a few years ago. Currently, Triton RP is the only server of the two that is still running. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) I started playing on and off around September 2019. I then took a break for a few years to get used to college, and I started playing again in early December of this year. What date did you make your forums account? No Have you read the staff handbook? Yes Timezone: Central Time What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank of trial moderator because I have had past experience as a staff member for other servers, and a lot of the time that is not very common. I know I do not have as many hours on the server as some people would like, but I plan on playing almost everyday since I have settled down with IRL things. I consider myself to be a level headed person and will keep a calm attitude during sits or for any other situation that may come up. I am currently a LCPL for CI and I believe that as I rise up through the ranks, being a trial mod will help develop better leadership skills and get me ready for a possible position in command later on down the line. If I do get this position I would like to set my sights on trying for admin or even super admin at some point because from what I have seen, this community is full of very fun people to be around and I would like to keep it that way for as long as possible. I have a strong belief that I can be a good member for this team and I would like to say thank you for taking the time to read and respond to my application! Scenario questions: Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first ask them to calm down. If this person chooses to ignore me further I will mute/gag them. I would then check the logs to confirm whether or not they are RDMing people and if so how many people they did RDM. I would then get into contact with a higher staff member to ban this person for staff dis and Mass RDM. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? First off depending on the situation I would give them a verbal warning, attempt to explain to them what they did wrong, and possibly have them read over the MOTD. If it continues I would try to reason with them that there is no point to playing on the server if they do not wish to follow the rules.
