And Award those who already Deserve This Award. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? N/A Who would this change mostly benefit? - FTO Program / SCP-RP Branchs in General. How the award would Work? Name of the Award: Academic Excellence Award. Requirements: 30 Trainings in a Month + 40 Trainings in Total. (however +support for making it higher maybe 50+? in total)Description: The Academic Excellence Award is conferred on a FTO whose training performance during the month/year demonstrates remarkable consistency at the highest level of achievement.Who Can Recommend FTO's for this award?: HFTO + HCMD Perms / HCMD+PS: Making a Discord Tag For This Award would be an Great Idea Too! Wardens have their own, independent medal system with 3 medals (Medal of Honor, Distinguished Service Medal, Silver Star) which are entirely separate from Foundation awards. An idea like this does work and it definitely do a lot for hype and activity. I know that maintenance has very little fto activity. (I am literally the only one who has trained anyone this entire week). So a new incentive to train would be nice. I do agree with Sprink that FTO awards would be something handled by the branch and not something you would see on the roster. Roster awards are for the branch as a whole, with certain exceptions like combat/non-combat or SFs. I think an all branch training award would be a decent idea except for the fact that allowing people to qualify would look drastically different depending on branch. A Security FTO could easily get 20+ trainings a week while an MTF or CI would need to really work hard to see those kind of numbers. That's why Security added a job that can only be attained by active duty and service to the FTO program. I think having special unique opportunities that only FTO can offer is a great solution to enticing more people to become trainers.
