I enjoy being on Maintenance every day and even when there's no SCPs breaching, or nothing is broken I still manage to find fun in game or at least with everyone in TeamSpeak. Out of all the branches I have been I have never been in one so fun and just easy to make friends in. I seriously have made friends in this branch and look forward to tell yall about the IRL stuff I have going on and enjoy just shooting the shit with all of yall in TeamSpeak at ungodly hours at night. Also It's been a goal of mine to join Maintenance Command for a looooong time pretty much since I have first joined Maintenance, I knew that this branch was the branch for me! [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would tell the Trainee to return to the spawn multiple times and even offer to train them. If this did not work, then I would cuff the trainee and drag them back to the spawn and again try to train them and see if they cannot be a minge and just did not understand what they were doing annnnnnnnd even if that doesn't work I would kill the trainee to force the respawn and try to trap them. Make a SIT and put them on the training DNT/Blacklist. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would ask them to stop if it was bothering other players or training/PTs. But as of right now you can not harm other players in any bunks or spawns. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would tell them to stop breaking the rules and inform them of where it says on the SOP that they cannot do whatever it is they are doing. But if they continue, I will again warn them that JMs are on a 1 strike policy and if they continue doing those actions, they will get striked and removed from the branch.
