-Support Maintenance doesn't count as a life until you reach command. Medical doesn't count as a life until you reach command. Research doesn't count as a life until you reach AR. There is no good reason to change the rule as it wouldn't change much (for Utility, I can't speak for Research). If the life limit was actually preventing people from playing Utility, then Utility would have a high number of people sitting at the rank previous to command since that's as far as you can go without it taking a life, this isn't the case. Most people at the rank prior to command tend to apply for command.

You see an MTF E-11 CPL at 27% health running away from a fight. Just as you start to examine his condition, an MTF A1 Captain comes up to you and asks you to help them fend off the CI. What do you do? I would proceed to give the MTF E-11 CPL medical assistance. Providing medical assistance to those in need takes priority over engaging in an active firefight. Besides, after medical assistance has been provided, both me and the MTF E-11 CPL will be able to assist the MTF A1 Captain rather than me assisting them on my own.

+Support Where do I even begin with Sixx, as far as server High Command goes, Sixx is easily one of if not the most active member. Sixx has put in alot of work in GENSEC and has managed to improve it greatly during his tenure as HOS, I can with confidence say that if it wasn't for him GENSEC wouldn't be where it's at today. Sixx mentions that he will organize events for D5 if he gets accepted, this is huge. Sixx has hosted some really creative, fun events for GENSEC in the past and it has been generally well received by the members who partake in them. Sixx, you're a really cool guy and I wish you the best of luck in the days to come.

+Support Yato has proven time and time again through his actions as a member of Nu7 command that he thrives in that environment. During my time on the server I have never had a bad interaction with him, nor have I ever heard anyone say anything bad about him. That just goes to show that Yato is a respected member of the community that throughout his tenure as command, he has done a good job.
