I've been playing gmod for 5+ years I've been staff on almost every server you can think of. I have also managed communities and owned my own servers at one point. I'm very experienced and when it comes to being staff, and if there something i dont know, I'm a fast learner. What date did you start playing on the community? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve to be staff because I have a strong desire to help things I believe in and this server is one of those things. Roleplaying has always been a escape for me. I wanna give to others and by supporting this server and preventing those who ruin wholesome roleplay. one of the biggest things I want to help provide to this server is a sense of security and help it thrive. Likewise I also want to grow myself further and become more of a guide and a helping hand for both the Members and Staff Team of the community. another reason I believe I deserve this rank is because I will always be motivated to get further and do better in and for the server. I am a very helpful person I try to assist people when the need help as a staff member I would try to assist fellow staff members If they are In need of help or anyone off or on duty. I can control my temper on duty I'm not the type of person to get seriously mad over things and I will always stay calm during sits while on duty. I can be very active, i can be on the server everyday for about 5-6 hours. I will say that even with my 5yrs+ of experience on gmod and my experience with staffing I still don't "know everything". when situations like this do happen I always find it best to message other staff members either via in-game or on discord. I also find it best to even afterwards ask higher-ups for their thoughts on the matter or what they would answer the question with. I am a very fast learner. These two things will allow me to deal with sits/situations very quickly and efficiently allowing everyone to play on the server without worry of other players breaking rules and ruining their experience. I believe I deserve this rank because I can keep calm in heated situations, and I can refrain from being bias in situations involving players that I know personally. Adding me to the staff team would increase the amount of sits being taken, allowing other staff to be less stressed trying to take tons of sits by themselves. I believe I deserve to be staff also because I will be able to handle whatever comes my way, and stop myself from making any mistakes; to become a well respected and professional staff member that can help players enjoy the server, and help other staff members keep the server in check. I have been within the Garry's mod community since 2015, I started playing different game modes such as SWRP, MRP, PRP, and every other one on the menu! So I wanted to show you who I am because I feel as I got TONS to offer to the staff team and the players of the community I have made my way passing my 3000+ hours of play time within GMOD. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring the player to a rooftop and jail him to prevent him from running away. I would then try to get the players side of the story while staying cool and collected and if he keeps cursing i would gag the player and explain everything then give a fit punishment.
