Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) I have been apart of staff on a few servers never a SCP server. Usually StarWarsRP or DarkRP although I do feel that when it comes to being a member of the staff team. The game itself really doesn't mean much as I simply follow a handbook, motd, & sop to help use my best judgement alongside evidence provided to reach a fair non-bias based conclusion.

What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) About 6-8 months ago I played before the DNT list was wiped/pardoned. It's been roughly a week since I have seriously started playing on the server with a somewhat real understanding in an entirety of what I am supposed to be doing alongside the how and what my job is supposed to do thing.

What date did you make your forums account? Many many moons ago. I can't remember for the life of me but, definitely more than just a week.

How many warnings do you have on all GL servers?  5

Are you a staff member in another community? Nope, not as of right now. I simply do not play any other servers GL takes a while to level up lmao.

Have you read the staff handbook? Of Course wouldn't have applied if I didn't finish it in it's entirety.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) Well to put it short I don't believe that I necessarily deserve anything. Whilst I do like to believe my community reputation is above and beyond the expectations I know that I am not everybody's favorite player to see hop on. My name has been dragged through the dirt a few times and honestly my track record from not reading the motd really just put the blame on me. I betrayed the foundation and my whitelist's have been removed accordingly as I didn't take the time to properly read my job's motd. Nobody's fault but my own and the random accusations that get tossed my way are to be expected. My point that I am trying to make being so honest about me fucking up so hard in the past. Is I thought {pardon my french} shit was sweat. It's not, after playing for a bit and getting into the server when I honestly had zero intentions of at the beginning of coming back onto the server. I just had to deal with three GENSEC OFC's minging, MRDM, FailRP'ing, and even one of them being racist. Even a JR doing all of the same things even supplying weapons he should not from Lower-Containment Zone Armory. Now the old me would have just went all vigilante and started laying them out as a Security Heavy. As well as players not abiding motd and self breaching with a containment door that was left open upon spawning in as said SCP. Instead I took the time to clip the players causing the server-wide disturbance and cooperated with my fellow role-players and the only valid self breach of SCP-106 and SCP-682 in which I had released from containment as D-Class upon the server resetting after nuke. In order to sniff out the players killing the server. As well as took to discord to contact the highest Security Command member I could to alert of the situation and provided them with all the clips I had to help get the "players" or as I like to say server-killers to get them demoted and soon to be fully blacklisted. This even alone made me realize that come tomorrow A.K.A. Monday I start my usual work schedule and will be up at these same times to see the same thing sadly happen. Although I will say this is the first time I have had to deal with this in the middle of the night. I am sure it will not be the last. After I finished gathering as much information on minges as I could I assessed the state of the facility. {pure chaos} After all minges were dealt with I took the time to check the Foundation Utility Staff jobs. I noticed that there was a Gold+ job called Technician Tommy. Wouldn't ya know it he comes equipped with just what I need to close the CC's that were left open with no admin to close them. PERFECT considering I am blacklisted from any research job with a level three keycard. I then ran around the entirety of the facility I had access to apart from entrance. I proceeded to close every door open at a checkpoint every single CC inside of HCZ which all were open allotting players to self breach instantaneously which was happening. Like I said I am not perfect I am far from it I still have much to learn about the server, lore, and even the hidden rules that aren't in motd. I amd trying awfully hard to help show that I am far from a minge which I feel I have been falsely represented as and hope that not only my actions today, but my actions of the future continue to show this.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

Alert the player in a calm reasonable manner that they are currently in violation of Staff Disrespect and if they continue to curse at me I would pull them aside for just a moment away from the other player(s) involved in the sit. I would then check this player's previous warn ask the staff member quickly how long ago the sit occurred. If it was not within what is deemed as a reasonable amount of time [let's just say 3 minutes] they might just be making a decision they should have thought through a little more. Maybe this player is simply acting out in a flurry of emotions due to them possibly feeling they were not fairly treated in a sit or many of the endless possibilities players get frustrated with staff. I would then tell the player I am not the same member of staff and try to help the player calm down to a more suitable manner for the sit. Not every player is here to minge and even myself is guilty of this. It really is the reason for me having five warns instead of two. I know it can be really frustrating when nothing happens when there is no clip or even the last sit ended poorly. My first goal is to keep everyone level headed and happy that doesn't always happen. If the player refused to cooperate by any means I would first alert him of a formal warning as well as the mandatory five day ban for the MRDM in hopes that discipline will help them learn. Or in hopes that I made the right decision for a player who I deemed more than likely as no intent to rp as you can't even take yourself out of RP to discuss the terms and status of roleplay.

Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? {I am going to use spawning props on the elevator for my example of bug abuse}{as well as I will assume I am trial mod for this encounter}

I would first be in aw the player really believes he can claim he was RP'ing and following the motd/sop which are based entirely for rules of roleplay. Then alert the play of that fact as well as that abusing bugs instantly negates any argument for roleplay. Considering I am using a common bug such as prop spawning on elevator or even Goomba Stomping I would alert of a staff member high enough to deal with such a matter. Considering our handbook says Manager+'s deal with Bug Reports on the forums as well as have the ability to reduced, extended, or overrule punishments at their discretion. I would make contact and ask if they would like to take this over or have any suggestion on how I should handle the sit. The severity of the punishment, whether or not they will get the "book" thrown at them, or even if the Manager+ or the highest staff member I can find to help me if unsure/sit in with me on the sit.[<- that's only if I am higher than a trial mod at that point since I would already have a supervisor I could ask for help if I was unsure]. All in all bug abuse is not okay and I would more than likely throw the "book" at them for trying to be a "server-killer"

I have been in many sits with you and you show a very low understanding of the rules and can be disrespectful at times. However I can see that you have a drive to do things. So If you fix some of these problems I think you would be an amazing staff member.
