Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I deserve the rank first off obviously because I am knowledgeable because I was previously a staff member on the GamingLight community. Second, I am very trustworthy, I gained trust of many on this server before I globally resigned, and I feel as that can prove my trustworthiness. Next, I can show hard work and dedication towards being a staff member. Previously, lots of people who remember me from when I played on the server, they can vouch. I was a hard worker and tried taking as much sits as possible. I can also be relied on when needed, especially when I am obviously active. I am a person who can also take orders very serious and I know when to be serious, and when minging isnt needed, nor funny. While there are times where I can lose my chill, I know how to handle myself. I understand that the moment that I get into the staff team, (If I do,) that I am to take the job seriously and to not minge.

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Firstly, what I would want to do is keep MY calm. I do not want to be staff reported for cursing and yelling at a player. Next I would ask them to refrain from cursing and to allow me to say why they were brought into a sit. If they still decide to continue cursing, I would have to gag them, and explain to them why they were brought and also why I decided to gag them. And without forgetting about Player 2, I will ask their side of the story, ungag Player 1, and formally warn them for MRDM and grab an Admin+ to ban for 5 days.

Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving?
To start the sit, I would bring the character and explain simply why they were brought to the sit and their punishment, and how unpleasing it is to many others. I will alert the player that if they do not stop doing what they were doing, they will get a harsher punishment, maybe even a ban.
