Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I mostly believe that I should be staff because it would be a fun experience. I also wanna gain some experience staffing for a large server so that I can go to a smaller server and do the same. In essence I primarily just wanna use this to figure out what to do in terms of being a staff member. I think it would be enjoyable and I enjoy the community. The thought of assisting the community grow and go further really sounds nice to me. I also wanna just see what other staff members are like and what goes on in terms of the culture with staff. Again, I don't wanna be repeating myself here but it just looks like fun and a good experience that I could use to apply for smaller servers sometime in the future if that is what I wish to do with my time. This all depends on if I get accepted of course. 

Scenario questions:

Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would gag them and explain to them the situation that they have put themselves in. I would also freeze them and bring in at least one witness to the MRDM. After that I would check their record to determine my punishment. If they have not committed anything similar in the past I would likely issue a formal warning then jail them for a while. If they have I would likely give them a temp ban or perm ban depending on what their past looks like. I would also try to reimburse anyone who lost any items to the MRDM (Purchased weapons and the like). 

Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? Depending on the nature of the sit I would gag 4 of them in order to hear each story. For example, all 5 are arguing I would gag 4 then hear 1 of their stories and go from there hearing all 4 stories. After that I would determine what to do with them and punish/warn/act accordingly. 

Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? Depending on the punishment/what it is for I would just leave them alone as people can handle it differently. It is not my job to make sure they are panicked about it or are overly concerned. If someone seems to not react to it then it it likely that after being in a sit and told they are being punished that they would notice that "Hey i'm being punished here." Aside from that I would just make sure they understand what they are being punished with. 

Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? Seeing as he had reported it to staff I would just take note of the bug then warn him not to abuse it again. If he did something really bad then maybe a warn but he did report it to staff and that holds at least a little merit. For example, if he shoots someone through a wall when they are allowed to by the server rules I would make a note of the bug, submit it, reimburse the downed player if they need it then warn the abuser to not do it again or they would face a possible warning.
