What I Would do to improve the branch is firstly I would teach and guide the newer generation of medical so they wouldn't be lost during certain scenarios. I would do SIMs and trainings for the branch to keep the enlisted entertained and have fun in the branch. I will suggest certain ideas that may help the battalion to medical command for them to potentially implement into the branch. I Would also do some unique medical RP scenarios(If allowed to do so) to the branch so that they may have experience in dealing something similar to it in the future. Lastly I would try to ensure that nothing goes wrong in the branch like infighting etc and try to resolve it myself if its within my jurisdiction before passing it on to Medical Command and would Alert Medical Command about it if I do able to handle it myself. Why should you be trusted with this position?: I can be trusted with this, because of my past command experience. I'm very easy to get into contact with. I'm always open to criticism, because that's how I improve myself. I always abide by the rules and try to do the same with others. I'm very approachable and easy to talk with and I will never neglect my duties as a Medical Officer. Why do you want this rank?: The Reason I want this position is because from my time in DT, Medical has interested me for awhile, and from watching them from the side lines in their line of duty and seeing their interactions with others made me want to join, but couldn't because of how busy I was back then, but now I'm ready to put my dedication into medical and assist them in any way I can so it may flourish. I Want to assist Medical Command in any way I can and relieve some of the workload of their command/officers. I have some Unique Training/Medical RP ideas that I want to be able to do with the branch, because I feel like it may help the branch. Ranging from Doing tryouts, SIMs, Making Medical RP Scenarios for them to do and being able to suggest ideas to medical command to potentially implement into the branch that may help medical grow further and to also guide new members of medical, because by being able to do those things I would be able to help medical grow and flourish and might inspire the newer generation to come up with new ideas to make medical grow.
