(150 Word Minimum)Well I used to be apart of the staff team a while back and I want to get back into helping the community by handling sits and helping to resolve player issues. I am a very helpful person I try to assist people when the need help as a staff member I would try to assist fellow staff members If they are In need of help or anyone off or on duty. I can control my temper on duty I'm not the type of person to get seriously mad over things and I will always stay calm during sits while on duty. I am a very well known member In the community I am very Active I try to get on the server at least once every day and I spend about 5 to 10 hours a day on the server either playing on Criminal, Gov or just AFK'ing. I'm a very dedicated member of GamingLight and I want to be able to help the members of the community by taking care of People who don't want to RP and help the community grow even more then It already has since the last time I was staff. I will always try to do my best when off and on duty as staff and to always remain professional to prove to my higher ups I'm ready to take an even bigger step In the staff team. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Well, I would bring the person to a secluded area and ask the person to calm down and to relax If they refuse to calm down I would Gag the player and explain the situation to them.
