I feel that my activity is great showing i can keep up and help with any command issues or problems whenever it is needed. I have been LT now for coming up to a month and feel its time i step up and push further in my PD Career being able to spot good and potential supervisors that can progress through there PD career while supporting them and my command members through there ranks, while taking the pressure off the people that need it the most.
