Instead of them being in Medbay for long amount of Time being board and to do Activities that will help the medical trooper stay Motivated and Excited. Also Helping keeping an eye out on people who deserve to be promoted and coordinate with Medical Officer who would be a good person to Promote. And to Host simulations when possible as this is a good chance to improve communication for Medical. Why should you be trusted with this position?:I Believe I should be trusted in this position as I currently hold the rank of VCMDR In IQ and also I am active meaning if anyone needed help such as a Enlisted/NCO in Medical I would be able to help him in anyway possible that was needed from me. Also I know most the Medical Officer and have good relations with the command team so if a Situation happened I would be able to speak with the command and fix it as quick as possible. Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank because I think I would be a good addition to the Medical Overseer team as I know what am doing and I would like to help do as many Simulations for medical as possible give them something do when there is no Event happening at the time. Also I want to be a medical overseer is because I want to be apart of medical RP again, As Medical is incredibly fun to play on and has amazing people in it.
