My most recent was Staff Manager on SWRP back in Mid to Late 2020. Left due to Owner taking server down. What date did you start playing on the community? (150 Word Minimum) I would like to think that I have made an impact on others in the server. People seem to enjoy RPing with me and seem to like when I am on. I have built a strong connection to the people I get to play with. I have grown to branch out to rp and talk with everyone I come in contact with. I have also learned to control myself with things that used to get me angry. I think now I can be an even more positive member in the community. It has been over a month and a half since my last warn. I feel that my 4 warns are a lot and I don't ever intend on adding to that. I hope people see me as a better player and person in the community than in the past. Getting Trial Moderator will show my growth and give me the opportunity to show everyone that I am a positive person to the community of Gaminglight. I have thought about my past and even appologized to Snar about what I have done to him in the past. Even though he doesn't remember I do and others do as well. I hope that doesn't come back to haunt me further. I want to keep that in past and look to a brighter future for the community and I. I hope you all feel the same. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Bring them to a sit and explain that they are in an admin sit. Next, tell them what they are being brought to the sit for. See how long they have been on the server. If they are new to server tell them that Mass RDMing is very much against the rules. Ask them to explain why they are Mass RDMing. Tell them that they will be recieving a warning today for Mass RDM. While I am doing all of this I will be calm, cool, and collected and ignore any disrespect or rudeness. If warnings need to go out for Staff Diss it will be applied to final formal warning.
