Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? Havoc needs another leader right now very badly, with our Senior commander occupied with other duties. I have stepped up and have been helping the battalion while our Senior commander is helping HC. I have been assisting NCOs and officers with their duties and finding recommendations for what they want the battalion to look like. Decisions are very hard to get through when our Senior commander is occupied, so I feel it would allow Havoc to develop more if I was Commander and able to get these plans implemented faster. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Almost 3 weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A commander oversees the battalion, listens to recommendations from the troops, helps the battalion grow, and develops the bond of the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : High command should trust me to be the commander because I have been Vice Commander for about 4 months and I have gained a lot of experience. I have had some hiccups with my activity in the past but that is way better now, I am active in the Discord almost 24/7 and I am able to be messaged at almost any time. When I am in TeamSpeak, I am always open to recommendations from the Officers and the NCOs. I may not be as active on Gmod itself but I make up for it in how active I am in TeamSpeak and available on Discord. I have gained experience from our Senior commander on how to manage our documents and how to manage the battalion itself. I also have been told by some HC members that I show promise and with more improvement I can be even better. 7. How often can you be Online? : Once my Golf Season is over my activity will be higher but currently I only can get on for about 3-4 hours a day. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have a warning for ARDM from when I first joined the server but I think it has been removed.
