Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : MC ATAL COL Blaze 5812 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Medical VCMDR 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I would like to be the VCMDR of this branch because I think I have the experience and seriousness to become one but most of all to benefit the battalion as much as I can and to lead it into the right direction every day even if I'm on LOA I try to come up with new and experienced ways to help the battalion like coming up with SIM ideas for the commander or just simply taking suggestions from my medical personnel. But again the main reason I want to become VCMDR is to assist the commander to make sure the battalion is running smoothly and no problems are occurring and to help the commander solve problems that are happening in the battalion. But at the same time I want to make sure that the troopers are on their best behaver and to understand discipline and respect to their higher up's. Yet no matter someone's rank a VCMDR should treat a PVT how they would treat their commander. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? At the making of this I have 326 hours and 17 minutes on the server all mostly into medical 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of the the VCMDR of a battalion is to help the commander run the battalion this can be done in a numerous of ways including doing tryouts for the battalion updating roster or something as simple as filling out meeting notes I know the responsibility's of a VCMDR very well because I have seen it a lot and have observed and learned on what the VCMDR job is. Furthermore as I have stated a lot is a very big job to help the commander run the battalion and to keep it in shape but I know for a fact that I could understand these challenges and work through them as a VCMDR. But just as a officers maintain NCO's and NCO's maintain enlisted the VCMDR needs to make sure that their officers are also in top condition to help maintain the battalion. And again even if this app was to get denied I would still have the dedication to help the battalion as I do now. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should trust me as VCMDR because even though this is a semi-serious server I always try to be on my best behaver and try to RP with my battalion as much as possible I also have no strikes or warnings and have never been seriously talked to someone. I am also friends with just about everyone in my battalion. And don't have any bad experiences with anyone in my battalion or high command. 7. How often can you be Online? : Although my activity as been a bit slow because I have been spending more time with my family I am making a huge effort to boost my activity in the battalion again and I am now getting on everyday for at the very least 3 hours a day but I mostly go for 5-6 hours a day 8. I want to become VCMDR because I think I would be a good pick for it medical was my 2nd battalion I joined and most of my hours on the server are in medical, but besides that I want to become VCMDR to benefit the battalion as much as I can whether that be hosting SIM's or reading suggestions I always look for ways to help the battalion and put it in the right direction. But most of all I want to make sure that my troopers are also in the direction so that they understand their roll as a medical. I also want to better communicate with my officers to make sure that they are also at their full potential to benefit the battalion 4. How much game time do you have on the server? At the making of this I have 299 hours on the server all mostly into medical 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The purpose of a VCMDR is to focus on the battalion but most of all as the name suggest assist the commander in any ways possible like writing or editing documents taking suggestions or writing meeting notes. the VCMDR always listens to commander to improve and modify the battalion and also the make sure the battalion is at it's fullest potential. I always also try to think of new and fun ways the battalion can be modified and I'm always looking for suggestions that my troopers can give me. in addition the VCMDR maintains officers and makes sure that the officers are maintaining NCO's again to make sure that NCO's are at their full potential also. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should trust me as VCMDR because I have maintained a relatively serious act on the server I have never been warned or seriously talked to by anyone, But besides that I am very good friends with a lot of people on the server and just about everybody in my battalion another reason you should trust me as VCMDR is that I know a lot of responsibilities that the VCMDR needs to keep track of like updating roster and filling out meeting notes. 7. I want to be the VCMDR of this battalion because I think I would be a very good fit for it. medical was my really first battalion I joined and ever since I have joined medical I have given it my full attention. whenever medical comes through a tough time or tricky situation I always try to find way that benefit the battalion in any way possible. I am very known around medical and a lot if not everybody in the battalion know who I am. But again the main reason I want to be VCMDR is so that I can help the battalion whether it be doing SIM's or missions or taking suggestions from my troopers I will always be there for medical 4. How much game time do you have on the server? At the time of making this I have 278 hours all mostly into medical 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The purpose of the VCMDR of a battalion is not only to inspire their troopers but to also asset the commander to maintain the battalion and always make sure that the battalion is running in the best shape it is. it is also a big responsibility for the VCMDR to make sure that their officers are also are in their best shape as well as making sure that the officers are maintaining their NCO's well to. but besides that the VCMDR always make sure that they are working with the commander to ensure the battalion is in it's best shape the VCMDR also works on whatever the commander needs including working on new documents or doing SIM's but the VCMDR also needs to establish a sense discipline on the battalion to again make sure it is in top condition. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should trust me as VCMDR in this battalion because I have done everything in my power as officer to help the battalion I do not have any strikes in the battalion and have never been seriously to talked to by anyone or been warned. everybody in medical respects me and I have no problems with anyone in my battalion in fact just about everybody in the battalion I am friends with. And every single day I wake up I think about what we could do to boost moral and make the battalion better. along with my commander and I always ALWAYS have faith in my commander no matter what struggles we go through. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online for at the very least 3 hours a day but on a regular day I am on for about 6 hours and even then I am trying to improve my activity 8.
