Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? My goal is to bring Purge to the next level in terms of activity, efficiency, and lethality across the board. I want to make Purge the best it can be and I want to see Purge become the way it used to be or better. Purge is a special Battalion to me, I still remember when I joined the server and Purge took me in and has given me everything I could of ever asked for and then some. I wish to give back to the next generation of Purge by giving them the best possible experience I can. I believe this position is my chance to fulfill that wish and give them the same opportunities the same way Purge did for me. I interact with my troops often and talk to them regularly which builds a connection that helps me learn and understand what they wish to see in the Battalion and what they want for the Battalion, whether its weapon buff, Tryouts, Trainings, ETC. In my eyes Purge is a very unique Battalion through the way we operate and it shows in the people we are made of; whether it's a Officer or an newly enlisted trooper. I am dedicated to this battalion and have been since day 1 and it has been in my primary objective to keep it in the best position possible, I have learned a lot from existing and passed members of the battalion and always are willing take any and all advice given or suggested for the better of Purge. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 3-4 weeks of playtime on the server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main Purpose of a commander in Purge is to keep the troops up to date on all changes to the Battalion as well its job is to keep everything in check in the Battalion such as tryouts, activity, roster updating, documentation, on top of keeping good relations with all the other Battalions and eliminate any and all conflicts. A commander is also required to know who is and isn't fit for the job and remove those who fail to meet the standards or are just not up to fit to fill the bill. A commander's purpose is to lead their troops through all obstacles and guide them through thick and thin. Commanders are also to attend weekly meetings and discuss achievements, expectations, changes, and conflictions within the battalion with their enlisted and NCO's and listen to there concerns and questions. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I believe you should trust me because on how much I dedicated to this Battalion through all the time I have invested into it and how I've worked to keep the battalion stable and on good terms with other Battalions. I believe you should trust me because of my leadership skills and common knowledge thought process which helps me determine what is the best course of action for leading the Battalion into the next phase of command. I have experience in leading small groups of 5-6 people in other games and servers, I was a captain for 2 football teams of over 40 people, I was also a captain of one of my old high schools basketball team of around 8-12 people. Through those I have learned how to be a good leader through teaching by example and how dedication and commitment can get you farther in your career and Hone your skills to the best of your potential. I believe a commander that charges head on into battle with their troops makes for a great leader and builds leadership alongside inspiration in their troops, and I'm asking you to trust me with the roll of Vice commander to show that I am ready to become apart of Purge command and take on the responsibilities that come with it. I understand that I may come off as Excessive or unfit for the job; But I know I'm ready for the next step in my career in Purge and all I ask is to have trust and faith in me. 7. How often can you be Online? I plan to be online whenever I can, which is Most of the time if not everyday. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?)
