My first reason is that I believe that I have correctly upheld my duties as a LT. I Have participated in pd meetings, I have made command decisions such as promotions and demotions, and I have made sure that people are doing things correctly. My next reason is activity, I spend about 2/3 of my time on this server on pd, I spend about 1/3 of my free time on the server on average. If I am not on am I am needed I will do my best to get on and deal with the issue. If I wasn't on PD and I was needed I would switch over even if I was in the middle of anything. My next reason is leadership, I make sure to show myself as a welcoming command member that is friendly, and able to deal with anything that is thrown at me. I tackle reports with professionalism, strictness, but I still l am reasonable to reports. When I am deciding the punishment for a person I put myself in their position and I decide what will actually be effective. I decide if a demotion will truly be the best option or a verbal warning / strike. In conclusion, I feel that I will be a great fit for Captain for my upholding of responsibilities, activity, and leadership. I know that this promotion will only serve to give me more skills that will improve me as a command member.
