Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?: With the departures of both Mickey and Windu, the Stormtrooper battalion is in need of a Commander, and I feel confident, despite some missteps, that I can fill that spot. ST's remain front liners; no matter what's going on, ST's will be there, we will fight and we will win, and as such, my purpose has not changed: My only goal is to make the ST's the best they can be no matter the cause or event. I've invested so much time into the ST battalion that it has become my home, and seeing me in another battalion is, as CPT Herman jokingly put it, treason. 4. How much game time do you have on the server?: I've been around since November 2020, and am approaching 2 weeks of combined playtime (almost 336 hours). 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?: A Commander is the PEAK role model for the Battalion, and has to set an example for *everybody* ranked below him. Leadership on the field, guidance for new troopers, updating the rosters and documents, you name it, the Commander's there doing it. On top of that, it's up to the Commander between these things to keep their troops in line and active with things like training, SIMs, and patrols, as well as coordinating between all battalions and High Command. A Commander must adhere to the battalion's SOP, and make sure everyone from PVT to VCMDR is following it and operating at peak efficiency. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I am a VCMDR, and I don't think I would have that rank if I didn't earn it. I rarely leave my ST job too, so my focus is solely on Stormtroopers. As I've said previously, I have been known to keep an unruly bunch of ST's in check and keep them from causing trouble and even get some to perform their duties, and as we all know, ST's have the widest range of attitudes aboard the ISD since they're typically the new players. And as I said, a new ST, well taught, is invaluable to all battalions. We have strengthened the battalion with strong officers and I, along with the battalion, would be nothing without them and officer and NCO activity has steadily increased, sometimes where officers outnumber enlisted. Once again, I still know a part of me feels I shouldn't be a CMDR, especially since I became VCMDR a month ago. My start was rocky after all with other Commanders departing and I've been more stumbling than walking through learning the ropes. But I'm not one to be discouraged by some mistakes or lack of knowledge. You have to lose first to know how to win. I always strive to improve. 7. How often can you be Online? : I'm on almost every day for several hours. 8. Do you have any Warnings? He has all of the qualities of a leader, and would go above and beyond as Commander. If you've seen Willie in-game, you'd know this.
