Why do you want to become Fleet Admiral?: 

The reason I believe I should become Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax is because I have been a part of the server for over 1 year and am committed to staying here because I have been a part of the community for a very long time and it means a lot to me. Another reason I think I should get the position is because I have a lot of experience with leading, being in command positions, being professional during RP and staying active. I may not be the longest Command member in Naval but I am a fast learner. I am dedicated and can attend to the issues  at hand or intervene when problems arise in a timely manner. It has also been my dream to be High Command. I am loyal,  dedicated and passionate about this  server and have continued to stay on while many others have left. 

I would love to help/assist Classy and Win  in Naval  or outside of Naval like Death Troopers, Inferno Squad and Star Fighters. I also never give up. Some instances are, when I was Staff Restricted and demoted from Seventh Sister I lost all motivation to stop playing the server and wanted to give up. I persevered and redeem myself and I feel so lucky that I got a second chance to prove myself. This demotion made me realise how stupid I was and made me learn a valuable lesson that I will never forget. In discord and ingame I'm always helpful  and patient while answering anyone's questions when it comes to "How to apply for a speciality" "May I have permission to apply for a speciality" and other questions. In ingame,  I am from friendly and am usually interactive with other Naval members or players. In my time as Naval, I have learnt to be more interactive, serious, fair, understanding and responsible. I will also learn more skills if I get the position of Fleet Admiral.

Going into more depth for my activity, These past weeks I'm going to be honest was not the best at all due to School and me almost failing my classes. But recenetly I have picked back up on my grades and I have started getting more active getting around after School(3PM or 4PMEST) to 8PM or 9PM EST. So usually I play for around 6 hours but during weekends I can play for almost 9 hours or more. If I keep getting my grades up my activity will probably increase even more. Also during my time when I didn't get on that much I was taking a little break since I was getting a burnt off and bored but taking that little break wanted me to play Imperial even more.

Going further into my command experience, my first command rank on the server was Sovereign Protector. During my time as a Sovereign Protector I made a SOP that is now heavily inspirited in future RG SOPs/Handbooks. I also made several other documents for RG and was considered by past RG Command "One of the best". Not to mention I was the first RG Commander. My second command rank was The Seventh Sister. When I Seventh Sister I was in the position for almost a year and was really loyal and dedicated at the time. Also once a time I was the only one doing things for IQ(That was when Campbell was still Grand IQ). My last command rank I've held and still hold on the server is Admiral. Now I take a bigger role in responsibility and  improving my leadership I'm going to be honest that being in Naval and holding the rank of Admiral and lower ranks has tought me a lot on the server for even life experiences. I've also have held other command ranks on other serves like PRP, SCPRP and MilRP. My highest rank I was on any of those serves was Nu7 CMDR but we are not going to talk about that.

I believe  that a lot of people like me and I don't think any one would  be against my applying for the rank. I also feel that I'm trusted as a person and a Naval High Command member to the point of keeping things secret that only a High Command member should know. During my time as Naval and as a Admiral, I know that I have the experience and confidence to lead my peers and that is why I can be trusted to lead. As a Fleet Admiral I know that you will have to be serous every time you are on the job, be a role model to all Naval, be fair in all decisions you make, never be biased and maintain the battalion.

If I do become a Fleet Admiral I will also try to make sure I improve on doing Sims to Naval Branches and or Army if no Army High Command is on. As a Fleet Admiral I will try to make Naval less mingy by making sure Supervisors or Low Command keep an eye out on the people who they tryout. I will also try to make Naval more enjoyable when role playing or on the server in general. I want to also try to assist with Army or Naval related occurrences and to make their experiences on the server as best I can.

For additions to Naval Regiments I am going to try to to increase role play for every single branch in Naval (Death Troopers, Inferno and Star Fighters) by assigning DT to go onto missions(SIMS) to either bring back a fugitive, kill a wanted enemy or capturing an area. For IF I would do the same thing as what DT is going to do for mission but I will also try to make IF Command cut down on mingy IF Members and assist Garrick Versio if needed. I will also ask them go onto routine patrols together. Star Fighters I would try to do flights sims, flight training and teach them how to dogfight properly since I'm actually a pretty good pilot on the server. I will also try to make ATC response times much faster so SF don't get mad at Naval and may start an argument.

I know not everyone is perfect so in the paragraph I'll be talking about some of my weaknesses that I need to approve on. One of my first weaknesses is thinking before I say things, what I mean about this is that I somebody either states a statement or asks a question but I don't think at all and I respond to it immediately and say something that doesn't really make any sense. Another thing is reading a question before I respond. I usually see the first part of the question and I do not read the entire question. I need to work more with my peers, currently all the Admirals do their own things with either their respected specialities but it would be more fun and would make much more work to be completed if we all worked together once and awhile. Another thing I would need to improve on is doing more roster updates/LOA updates, I know that Low Command should be the first priority to do Roster Updates and LOA requests but I need to start doing that more. All these points I stated are going to improve right now during my time as Admiral, not if I get Fleet Admiral. 

The reason why I should be picked from my competitors is because I as stated in a previous paragraph is that I have the most command experience not only in the server but in a lot of gaminglight servers and even ones that are not around anymore. Whenever I get a tasked from Naval Senior High Command I always complete it and I'm always ready for the next assignment. I'm also a pretty good SOP/Document maker with a making of serveral other SOPs. So if Classy or Win needs a new Document created or assisted with I can be there. When it comes to dealing with certain situations such as dealing with members who constantly break the Naval SOP, breaking server rules, arguing with members or creating issues and or absuing their rank. With those situations I can always handle them without being biased, being fair and listening to both sides of the story.

 

What is the main purpose of Fleet Admiral?: 

The main purpose of the Fleet Admiral(FA) is to oversee all Admirals, Command and specialities. Another purpose is to make sure everyone is doing their job properly and making sure nobody is doing anything to hurt the battalion. FA is also tasked to make sure everything on the server and or ISD is going smoothly. Fleet Admiral Gallius is also tasked with assisting Army High Command with situations, sims, issues in a battalion and making sure command is doing their jobs effectively. FA is also tasked with assisting other High Command in Naval such as High Admiral, Grand Moff Tarkin and or Grand Admiral Thrawn. He is also expected to maintain and update any documents in Naval and to accept or deny any speciality application.
