My time on the low command team (29 days), has shown high command, fellow low command, supervisors, and enlisted. One reason would be my maturity/professionalism. During both formal and informal situations, I keep both my maturity/professionalism at all times. For example, I always keep my cool when giving out disciplinary actions. Making sure everyone (enlisted supervisors etc) stays happy at all times is my main goal as low command. Making the department better is always and will always be my main priority. As a lieutenant, I still get on to train, as well as help new supervisors train cadets. I still make sure OFCs have a ride along on the job, again trying to make this department better at any cost. Nonetheless, my being a staff member most definitely improves my problem-solving in tough situations. As a captain, I will continue to train, take OFCs, help supervisors train, and make this department the best it can be. I’ve always been most active in this department, even as an enlisted, supervisor, and especially now as a lieutenant. I feel through the hard work and dedication I’ve displayed whilst in this department, I easily deserve captain. And will continue to meet standards set by all members of this department.
