I want to be LT because so many times I am on late at night and see OFCs doing really well and have SNR-SGT's tell me some do outstanding and I want to be able to get us more SNR's and others promoted. I want to lead this department and help others and bring new players into this community and bring people who will stay a while. I want to be LT because I am a good leader and can do my job very efficiently and very well. I want to be LT because I am a jack of all trades when it comes to being a command member and lead other supervisors and enlisted and help clean up the streets of Rockford and help other departments. I want to be LT because I want to organize a lot of different things such as cross department training, regular training, semi tac training, weapon handling and many other things that could benefit our department and our members and other staff. After a couple of days of getting a better perspective I truly believe Kevin is ready for LT, he does his supervisor duties well and he's someone who takes care of PD members on and off the job.
