(150 Word Minimum) Activity I am active on the server as I play everyday for several hours consistently. I have played every single day since 9/6/2020 and I play early in the morning to late night (based on EST). And as ET being able to see sits stack up early in the morning and no staff on to take them makes it feel as if it were my responsibility to take them. Reputation I am Foreman in the Maintenance Branch (One rank away from High Command). I am "known" with the Maintenance Branch as I am not just the Foreman in Maintenance but HFTO and try to work with the FTOs (Mostly Enlisted). I am Sergeant First Class in CI and I am on the CC "BioWeapon". I was also formally a RnD Supervisory Researcher and I try to make myself known within CI. I am ET so I work with other ET on a daily basis (I am on LOA as of now though). I also own a D-Class CC (D-9177 'The Pill') and I am actively rioting with others (in a VC usually) against Secruity. Personality I am actively trying to help others all the time. For example when I am on D-Class I help others, like the new players breaking the D-Block elevator I tell them "Hey, that's against the rules and since you are new to the server I don't want you to get a 1 day ban because you didn't know". I help (more directly towards) Maintenance/CI enlisted to not break MOTD/SOP rules. I believe I am a nice person (at least not toxic to others). Dedication I am dedicated to being active and the best person I can be. I try only to help others and help them to a position like mine. I encourage others to get on just like when I was in their position and my higher ups told me to get on. I push for activity and let Maintenance (and my other branches) have the most fun they can. Conclusion I believe I deserve the rank of Trial Moderator as I am a good member of the community, I am known throughout the community, and I am active within my community. I believe I have made a lot of friends and helped others throughout my time on SCP RP. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would ask them to stop and if they didn't I would gag the player. I would tell them that they are getting punished (if proof was shown) and would give them a formal warning then either ask a Admin+ for a ban or put a ban request in the discord (with SteamID, reason for ban, etc).
