Why should we add it? - Conflicts with the rule that SCPs can not be in water. What are the advantages of having this? - It doesn't conflict with current SCP-water rules. Who is it mainly for? - 098 Links to any content -"10. SCPs are not allowed to enter the water on the surface at any time."
