Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: I feel confident that with this new role I will be able to get so much more done than I usually do. The benefits of 24/7 escorts, having higher authority, and having fewer restrictions on my work would finally allow me to be able to complete the tasks that I wanted to do for so long (without being discouraged by all of the hoops I have to jump through beforehand). Although I've already been denied once, I have decided to reapply. My restored faith, energy, and encouragement from my peers (especially after confirmation with an 05) gives me hope that I may have a chance at being an 05 Researcher. I believe you should consider me for an 05 research position because I have been extremely dedicated to this server for approximately 1+1/2 years. I have put a lot of hard work into research and I would plan on doing so much more with this new position. Just seeing a higher The research role felt like my calling card. It will open my world up to so many new options. With this new profession, I feel like I could genuinely make the Foundation proud of what kinds of research and information I could bring to the table.

Why should we accept you: I have CMD experience along with a lot of supporters. Again, I have been very active on the server for a long time. In the eyes of others, they say that I am extremely creative. I have also had plenty of positive support on my last application. I will admit that at some points I crack jokes and screw around, but the majority of the time I take my tasks seriously. In short, I believe that I should be accepted due to the hard work that I have been putting in for the past 14+ months. My extreme dedication, community support, and maturity make me a great fit for the 05 Research Position. I sincerely hope you read through my application thoroughly and consider me to be a future 05 Researcher.

So since my last comment on your previous application, I had my first actual interaction with you which unfortunately confirmed my -support. Yesterday I was trying to do an SCP-035 test and when the whole thing kinda fell apart as often happens with tests involving dangerous SCPs you said to me in OOC "That whole test was so low IQ". I think that's a pretty rude thing to say to someone and shows me that you aren't ready to be part of a team like this. You didn't offer any constructive criticism or anything - you just called it "low IQ", which considering I don't know you at all is pretty disrespectful. I also saw you minging with vending machine later on with a couple JRs and one of them drank "Igneous".

You're also lying on your application.  You say all of your strikes were from 5-9 months ago, but you literally received a strike 2 days ago for missing your first command meeting without filling out a LOA form. I also think that in your application you're trying to give the impression that you have been active for like a year and a half which isn't true - you took a really long break and just came back.

Lastly, you would think that if someone from the O5 gave you a second chance to reapply, you would put a bit more work in your application. But there are tons of spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes and isn't written very thoughtfully. I mean if you can't be bothered to spellcheck your application just once to remove simple spelling errors like "throughly", "stil", "wont", "confimrations" etc., I think it shows you aren't actually serious about, at least not enough to put some work in your application, and you are only relying on what you perceive as massive community support. As someone who is on the O5-Research team, I personally don't think you would be a good fit for the team and there are others within research more deserving of the role.

I know Trevdec and if you give him a chance, I know he can prove that he can control himself. Trevdec is the oldest person in research I know and is extremely active. I honestly think that Trevdec can be trusted with this position.

You are generally Mingey even outside research. As CMD you should be taking that job seriously which I don’t see from you and you shouldn’t be lying on an app

Trevdec you’ve been here for a long and are a nice guy, but I feel that more effort could be put into this app, ie you didn’t capitalize after periods and some are in random spots. You’ve shown your dedication, but I feel like you can still improve in certain areas. Yes, nobody is perfect, and we all have our own faults, but there are areas that if you improve upon I’d be willing to plus support this. Also, if you show that you’re attempting to change I’d be willing to +support this.

I have not been on the server for very long. It was only recently that I found it to be extremely fun to be apart of the Research Branch. One of the first people I met in the branch was Research Supervisor Trevdec.  He has been a tremendous help to my growth in the research division. He has given me advice, tips, and guidance in most of my tasks.  He is a very amusing, smart, and persistent individual. I strongly feel that this man is the Level 5 Researcher that we need.
