What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) Around January 2017 but decided to leave the community to take a break and now I'm back after 2 years, I started playing again around 2 or 3 weeks ago. What rank are you applying for? T-Mod Are you staff on another community (BE HONEST)? I am staff on a Five M community but no GMod community. Edit: The GTA V RP (Five M) community is based on American time meaning I will be able to be on the Gmod server earlier in the day them later I would be on the Five M server staying active on both communitys. (150 Word Minimum) I believe that I would deserve the rank of Trial Moderator as I am able to stay calm and composed when faced with the challenging task that would bring anger to most. When dealing with a new player to the server / RP, I am able to be patient with them and let them go through the steps that I tell them at their own speed and not seem impatient. Additionally, I can listen to anyone and anytime to be able to help them with any sort of issue that they might have and take necessary actions to fix the problem as soon as I could: It would be my duty to help them out of any situations that could have a negative effect on them. Furthermore, I am able to work as a team in many stressful situations and can take lead the team with confidence. I also believe that I would deserve the rank of T-Mod as I am a very hard working individual that can problem solve and not be biased to any party even if I know them personally; I am able to give out any sort of punishment that would be necessary (minge/warning/jail etc.). How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? In that situation, I would first make sure that I am calm to not cause any negative effects on them. Then I would attempt to speak to the party to see what the issue is, if I am not able to resolve the issue I would minge them for 300s. If I am able to speak to the individual I would try and find a reason why they are behaving in such a way then take any necessary precautions to prevent anything like that happening again.
