(Can be any length) I think i deserve this because I can make the server a better place. I would do this by helping people that don't know how to do something. I also would punish the rule breakers with appropriate punishments. I could also give some suggestions on how to make this better also. I believe that I have a good judgement on some stuff and can help other staff if they need it. That is why i think that I deserve this rank.How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? What I would do is bring them on top a building and when they don't stop swearing I mute their voice. Then I tell them that they are getting minged for 10,600 seconds which is MassRDM and Disrespect X2 combined. Then I will unmute them and if they keep swearing at others I will mute them and possably minge them longer. If it gets to bad I would ban them AFTER asking a higher up.
