Name: Brotimes Rank: Associate Researcher Clearance Level: 3 Date of Incident: 12/24/2021 Describe the incident: Following attempts by MP Tazza to fish in SCP-354 a large serpentine entity, hereafter referred to as SCP-354-19, was "caught" and appeared in SCP-354's containment chamber. MTF units were immediately called to the scene, securing the object and running rudimentary tests by feeding SCP-354-19 rats before calling for a researcher to ascertain the nature of the anomaly. By the time research personnel had arrived the entity had grown to an immense size after consuming the previously mentioned rats (likely via anomalous means due to the rate of growth and scale when compared to the relatively low food intake). SCP-354-19 was quickly determined to be too dangerous to study directly and so efforts turned toward the entity's termination. Several means of termination were devised, first of which was the simple use of explosives, however, the entity was able to dodge and grenades or improvised explosive devices used against it. The second means of possible termination was the deliberate feeding of two D-Class personnel to SCP-354-19 in order to make the anomaly so large as to not be able to operate, become crushed in the chamber, or run out of oxygen (based on the belief that the entity required oxygen and its need grew with its body's mass) and suffocate. This attempt at termination also failed as SCP-354-19, instead of consuming the D-Class personnel, bit them, turning them into instances of what will hereafter SCP-354-19A, having D-Class's skin and clothing turn red while their eyes became yellow. The SCP-354-19A instances proved to be intelligent, using a keycard (likely stolen by one of the D-Class prior to the incident) to set SCP-354-19 free, all entities attacking and overcoming MTF operatives. It is at this point that SCP-173 was set free, being in HCZ for use as a final method of termination should the others fail. SCP-173, however, returned to light containment along with SCP-354-19 and the two SCP-354-19A instances. This mass breach coincided with a raid by a local Sarkic Cult (it is unknown whether or not the breach and raid were coincidental or not). In the chaos there was a mass riot by D-Class personnel, many being turned into instances of SCP-354-19A. List classes of SCP(s) involved: Keter and Euclid. Immediate complications due to the incident: Several foundation personnel including members of Security, MTF operatives, and members of the Research division were killed by SCP-354-19, instances of SCP-354-19A, D-Class personnel, and Sarkic Cultists. Many D-Class subjects were lost. Long-term complications due to the incident (if applicable): The implications of instances of SCP-354-19A, being intelligent and possibly having (though possibly without the ability to use) knowledge of the Foundation being within SCP-354 are troubling, posing, if nothing else, the risk of easier breaches for any entities SCP-354 produces. Type of response towards incident (MTF/NTF/Security/ETC): Both MTF and Security responded to human and anomalous threats throughout the facility. Resolution towards incident: For unknown reasons, SCP-354-19 returned to SCP-354 along with many instances of SCP-354-19A. Instances of SCP-354-19A remaining in the facility being terminated by MTF operatives. Members of the Sarkic Cult left the facility on their own accord. D-Class riots were put down by Security. SCP-173 was recontained by a joint team of MTF operatives and Security personnel. How dangerous was the entirety of the situation?: Extremely dangerous. Why should we add this SCP?: I'd like to add some custom scps to the server, and i think 4731 would be a good first one, because its fairly simple for an scp 6. Basic summary of the SCP: a large boar that moves faster than an average person can sprint, Scp-4731 is also a hyper aggressive creature, 4731 is in a constant rage state ,calmed upon feeding it dclass while its in containment for a max of 5 hours , unless it escapes, then refer to the extra information for what to do next 7. Extra information: research of 4731 requires 2 guards, an mtf armed with a tranquilizer, and a senior researcher or higher, can also be taken for walks if calm, but requires an mtf armed with a tranquilizer and an mtf using elastic restraints as a lead,howerver its walking range is to be confined to within the hcz, but if a breach hasn't occured for this scp, it may be permitted to go as far as the medical bay,its containment cell is inside misc containment, in one of the large open cells, requirements for tranqulization when enraged is its health must be reduced by 1000 to tranquilize, and two tranquilizers must be used, which upon tranquilizing, an mtf agent is to restrain it and move it back to its cell, other mtf agents are to help move it back to its cell for in case of waking up to reduce it back down and tranquilize it again, scp-4731 is also a large black boar, deemed the "lord boar" where it was contained as it was the largest of all the boars in the area, 4731 was only brought to the foundations attention following the destruction of a military training exercise in the forest where it was located, surviving members of this exercise were given class A amnestics, and told they wandered into a movie set and sent back on their way to the base they came from while scp-4731 was captured and brought to site 50 for further experimentation

SCP-4999 Object Class: Keter | Disruption Class: Ekhi | Risk Class: Notice Description: SCP-4999 is a humanoid entity of unknown origin, Comprised of unknown composition. Every physical appearance varies, However the subject is usually 1.28 to 2.04 meters tall, And it's usually male. SCP-4999 manifests when in the presence of a singular human, All subjects the entity manifested to were of poor health, Most likely on their deathbeds. It will not interfere with the subject whilst they are sleeping, Comatose, Or unconscious. It will also not appear when the subject is being observed, Or interacted with by another human. When SCP-4999 manifests, It will appear next to the subject, If a chair is available it will sit down and offer the subject a cigarette. If there is no furniture to sit on, It will opt to stand next to the subject. If the subject chooses to take the cigarette, SCP-4999 will place it in the subject's mouth, And smoke a cigarette of it's own. If the subject chooses to deny the cigarette, SCP-4999 will smoke the cigarette himself. The cigarette can still be found in the subjects mouth after death. Most individuals that SCP-4999 visits have these traits: Lives alone Nonreligious Is impoverished/Homeless Displays past of mental illness Is a military veteran Has no criminal record Has no living family Is unmarried/Lacks a significant other Is an outcast Does not have any record of significant/Personal accomplishments Containment Procedures: If SCP-4999 is spotted by any surveillance camera, Or has their picture taken by the public. The proof shall be framed as an edited photo, Or as a piece of media. Depending on the type of image/video. All media SCP-4999 appears in is to be investigated and confiscated, All civilians that have witnessed the event are to be amnesticized. Re-Containment Procedures: SCP-4999 essentially re-contains itself, When it disappears, It's only trace is a cigarette. There is no need for re-containment. Lore Name: Isaac Darby Rank: Senior Researcher Assistant/s: Researcher Tedy SCP: SCP-500 & SCP-035 Question / Idea: Will SCP-500 reverse the effects of SCP-035 corrosion and detach the mask from the subject. Background Research: SCP-500 is known to cure any disease and if under the right conditions can heal injuries so would SCP-500 be able to be able to heal corrosion caused. A small amount of HCl (Hydrochloric Acid) was placed into a petri dish and D-1637 was instructed to place his hand into the petri dish. D-1637 complained of severe burning of the hand, hand removed and showed severe chemical burns. D-1637 was instructed to take 1 SCP-500-1, D-1637 took SCP-500-1 and his chemical burns healed within 2 hours. This was also shown in a below SCP-008 & SCP-500 Cross Test, Test 3- https://gaminglight.com/forums/topic/66072-associate-researcher-darbys-test-on-scp-008-scp-500/ Observations (What Happened During Test): D-1536 was instructed to take 1 SCP-500-1 and enter SCP-035s CC Airlock. D-1536 was then instructed to enter SCP-035s CC and open up the class case holding SCP-035. D-1536 then took SCP-035 off its stand and was warned multiple times, he screamed "It needs me, It is me" 4 times before SCP-035 was placed into the face. D-1536 now classified as SCP-035-1. When asked how he physically felt SCP-035-1 complained of a slight headache which should be expected due to the corrosion affect but nothing else. SCP-035 changed shape into a "Sad" face, SCP-035-1 then proceed to punch the viewing window, SCP-035-1 failed to break it and the SCP-035 CC Gas Valves were opened for 1 minute. 3 Minutes elapsed after the gas was turned off until SCP-035 fell slightly forward off of SCP-035-1s face. SCP-035-1 started screaming "IT... MU- MUST NOT... COME OFF!" and was frantically grabbing SCP-035 trying to keep it on. It was noticed that corroded soft tissue on the face and chest changed to a bright red color and started regenerating by roughly 1mm of soft tissue every 30 minutes. SCP-035 then slid off of SCP-035-1s face, 5 minutes elapsed of SCP-035 being off of SCP-035-1s face, SCP-035-1 collapsed and ceased life signed although soft tissue kept regenerating 12 hours after the test concluded. D-1536 being held in Cryo Chamber 81 in Site-10s Biohazard Wing 2. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: Below Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): Due to SCP-500s regenerative abilities SCP-035-1s soft tissue started regenerating, SCP-035 most likely fell off of SCP-035-1s face due to being pushed by the soft tissue being regenerated behind it. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes.

Lore Name: Darby Rank: Experienced Researcher SCP: SCP-020 & SCP-049 Question / Idea: Will SCP-049 react to SCP-020 as if it is the "Pestilence"? Will SCP-049 be able to see SCP-020 without the use of photos or video surveillance. Background Research: Background Research not possible due to the risk of site wide infection. Only information we can get about SCP-049 and SCP-020s relationship follows. Upon SCP-049s arrival at Site-87 he walked past SCP-020s Containment Chamber and clenched his fists. Upon passing the room it was heard him mumbling the words "The Pestilence... is near." Hypothesis: SCP-049 will be exposed to SCP-020 and attempt to "Cure" all traces of it. SCP-049 will be able to see SCP-020 without the use of photos or video surveillance. Observations (What Happened During Test): SCP-049 was wheeled over to SCP-020s Primary Bio-Hazard Testing Area where he was placed into the airlock. 10 minutes elapsed while SCP-049 was in the airlock familiarizing himself to his new surroundings, airlock to SCP-020 closed (Viewing Area Side) and opened (Containment Chamber Side). SCP-049 was instructed to walk into SCP-020s PBHTA and stand on the eastern wall, SCP-049 complied but stayed as far away from SCP-020s vial as he could. Once SCP-049 was at the eastern wall SCP-020s vial was broken remotely, SCP-049 immediately closed the distance between himself and SCP-020, SCP-049 then reached out and put his hands over the SCP-020 vial and picked it up. SCP-049 then raised the vial above his head and started praying in a Latin/Early English accent. 10 minutes elapsed and SCP-049 ended the prayer and dropped the glass into his hood. SCP-049 then stated "The Pestilence is no more in here, now it is only you 5 left" he then proceeded to point at us and run up to the glass at high speed. Due to the glass being on the floor SCP-049 stood and slipped on the glass cutting his lower left leg and shoulder in the process. SCP-049 lost consciousness due to the fall and was contained with ease. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: Below Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): This is mostly unknown due to the prayer but the way that SCP-049 acted in the first 30 minutes of the test was as if SCP-049 was "scared" at the presence of SCP-020. In the last 20 minutes it is believed that he had "Cured" SCP-020 through an unknown means and had stated that attending Researchers/Security were infected. All attending staff and SCP-049 were cleared of SCP-020 at the end of the test. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes, SCP-049 did attempt to and succeeded to "Cure" SCP-020 and was able to see SCP-020 without the use of Photos/Video Surveillance.
