  5. Writing/Grammar: 23/25 It was written pretty well and I see no mistakes with grammar. Test Idea/Execution: 5/25 I won't lie, this was a pretty non creative test as you just tested what 610 does. Which is already known, you're better of trying to test things that have not been found out yet. This under the expectations we expect for an RFA Grading. So this is why you get a very low score on it. Length: 12/25 Quite a short test log, try to add in SCP background and more detailed phases of you're test. Lore: 15/25 As you did not put a SCP background lore you lose already quite some points, the rest of the SCP lore was good though. Extra point: 0/1 I give this point when it was a really good and enjoyable test log (90+ rated). Total score: 55/100 Will start of with this; Don't be discouraged with this low score, RFA gradings will always be way harsher then normal command gradings so just work on the points given and you will improve on them and gradually increase your scores. So try to work and them and I would love to see more test logs of you in the future!

  8. Damn this is what I'm also feeling, glad people agree. The server is slowly turning into just PVP we are still an SCP RP server so stop taking away the RP on it. I want the RP to come back cause at the moment it's just barely there and if its fully gone then you will lose allot of players.

  11. - Support - No hate, ur doing fantastic as a command member, but keep in mind FD is the highest senior command rank there is, thats just a bit to high for you at the moment. We would need to see way more of you before I find ur deserving of this rank. - It's 3 ranks higher then you that's also a big reason + no past experience as SCMD. Just take this slowly and try to gain more experience

In Game Name: Stryker Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:82723908 What's your current Rank & Branch: RM / Research What Type of Command Position are you applying for (Senior Command / Low Command): Senior Command "Research Administrator" Date of when you first joined your branch: 10/06/22 Why do you deserve the position? (50+ Words): I have been here over a long time but after a long break, I came back and joined Research immediately because I always loved the RP aspect of SCP and testing on them. Since I have joined, I have shown great interest in Research and shown dedication and loyalty towards it, I hereby got research command and kept proving myself worthy as command. I have kept working hard for Research and worked till RM and also OA in RFA which was a great honor to get. This is why I feel like I deserve it to join the ranks of SCMD so I can do even more for research. What is your main goal of being Research Low / Senior Command (100+ Words): My main goal for Research would be to of course increase activity, make unique events/interactions for enlisted and just make Research a better branch, but that's more basic command duties of course. But the main goal of Senior Command would be to oversee and guide LCMD and assist FD+ and update the CMD Document. I'm an extremely dedicated person to the branch and would try to fix allot of issue's and host more events, and oversee LCMD to make sure they are doing their jobs, SCMD job is also making sure that there is good communications between command members as that's most of time a big issue when a branch is not doing well. Do you think there is any issues with the branch and if so how would you fix it: - One of the issue's is the lack CMD doing events/pings, it's been an issue for quite some time now and I have tried to adress this allot. My way to fix this is to add quota's, yes it sounds stupid but if it's been said every meeting to do more stuff and it's still not being done then you have to take another step to make it work. Once this issue has been fixed and people start doing it on their own, I would remove te quota but still keep tight check on it. Why should we accept you into Research Low / Senior Command? (150 word minimum): As I said before, I'm an extremely active and dedicated member of Research, since I have become a command member, I have shown great commitment towards command and tried to do allot of things to make Research fun as hell. In the time I have also been a command member, I have tried to help other command members with their events or new update's for Research, example being RFA and Divisions, I'm always on the lookout to help people as I don't mind doing document work. I have also hosted ton's of events and done activity checks, making sure the roster looks clean and enlisted inactivity get's punished. Recently I was even appointed as an OA for RFA to get it back up active, which shows I'm quite trusted as a command member. - Great guide for new JCMD members - Very active - Dedicated and loyal - And an extreme fun person to be around With all the stuff I have done I find myself a great fit for Senior Command and this would give me the abilities to do even more for Research, as I still have allot of work left for me in Research, it's still not at the point I want it to be.

  16. + Support - Yes copying other's app is bad and deserves blacklist, I would agree with perma if the other person does not do anything about it and doesn't care. But Pablo has shown allot of improvements and has shown his dedication and attitude is worthy (in my eyes) to have his blacklist removed and being given a second chance.
  17. + Support - This is so handy when ur afk on the server but doing other stuff like playing different games, studying or documents. Its quite annoying to accidently tab in the game and cancel it before you got put in AFK mode and there by losing the afk rewards.
  18. Grammar: 20/25 - Here and there some writing mistakes, mostly on punctuations. Creativity: 23/25 - Its a very creative test for sure, also great addition with testing temporary death method. Lore: 20/25 - Again no background of SCP 173, but medic usage was great. Length/Format: 17/25 - Pretty decent length bit to short I find, could def improve more with adding 173 background. Its a decent format, but the coloring is a bit off, feels bit to mixed with red and blue. TOTAL: 80/100 Its sort of the same as ur first log on this, it would of been better to put the 2 test logs together, creating a longer test log and if you added SCP background then you would of received a much better score. Keep up the work, would love to read more of your test logs!

(100+ Words): I have been a member of Nu7 for close over 3 months now, been very dedicated and active in these months of being here. In these months I have also tried to show leadership, attempts to improve Nu7 with suggestions and shown loyalty towards Nu7. I have command experience as I'm at the moment a research manager but still have some downside and that's having no command experience in a combat branch which is bit different then an RP one. Which is why I'm applying and want to improve on. Another point to this is I have also been appointed as a deputy head of TRT where I have also shown my trustworthy as a deputy head. Why do you believe you deserve this position, and why do you want it? (125+ words): I believe I deserve this position because of my dedication towards Nu7 and already having command experience, which would be very helpful as I would know most of my command duties par the unique combat duties. I'm also a person who loves taking charges of small groups to lead them into the field, as I find most people are sort of clueless on how to communicate and play as a team. Most of time people just go solo when working as a team works way better. I would try my best to improve this and make Nu7 more a team focused branch instead. I'm not gonna say all this nonsense about doing "training this" "doing tryouts". Those things are standard as a command already in my eyes, I wanna try to bring something unique and lead MTF groups in to the field. Why do you feel that you are the best option for the rank you are applying for? (50+ Words): I'm a motivated and person willing to help Nu7 in anyway to make it an enjoyable branch for every person joining it and also making it look great o the server, I find myself a fit for this job as I possess skills that are unique to this job and I would be a great asset to the team. Scenarios You've organized squads for the people on at the time. You notice that a PFC is disrespecting others, in an extremely frustrated tone. What actions do you take?: I would pull this person to the side and go talk private and tell him to calm down and not disrespect other people, as disrespecting just leads to negativity and causes discussion/annoyances in the groups and is just not needed. I would make this just a verbal warn, but if he keeps continuing then I would have to strike him. And punish further if he still keeps going. You have a problem with someone in the branch, whether it be they are causing issues or are not listening to you. They have not done this or have been warned about this before. In your opinion, what would you do in this situation?: I would take this calm and not try to make it worse, this person could just have a bad day or something happened you never know, so I would just ask what's wrong and try to fix the problem if he just has a bad day then try leave him as it will just annoy him more. Of course if he keeps causing issues or ignoring orders I would have to pull him again to the side, cause its still not acting professional. I would punish him then on the severity and extension of his behaviour.
