Are you a Staff Member Within Gaminglight? Moderator on PoliceRP
How often are you on TeamSpeak? Everyday for a good few hours
Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? I would like to join the support team because I would like to help people that are needing support in the TeamSpeak, I'd like to solve peoples problems that they may be experiencing. I like to help people and being support just seems that I will be able to help people. I am more obligated to go do a support case when some people wont. I know how to be friendly and not lose my temper during a support case when the person might be slow at doing something. I am a friendly guy who just wants to help people. I am a good listener and wont talk across the other person because I am respectful. I can follow guidelines and be able to redirect people to the correct people. I am very active on TeamSpeak, I am on everyday for a good few hours so can help a lot of people in support when I am on. I think being a support member would benefit me in being a better staff member from listening and helping people constantly which I am willing to do. I know how to fix a lot of problems that people might go to support for like, needing a member tag, requesting donation support, requesting a tag, if they are banned I would show them how to make a ban appeal and I may also be able to help people with technical issues on the server. Thanks for reading my application!
How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? I think I could affect support staff in a positive way because I am always positive. I am a friendly person and I think that would be beneficial as a support member so that I can be friendly during a support case, I would be calm and respectful even if the person is taking a long time to do something, I am a patient person so that would not get me annoyed and make me lash out at the person which would be bad. I think I can come off as a nice guy when having a conversation. I am a very good listener so I would be able to listen to what the person has to say in a support case and not start talking over them. I am very active on TeamSpeak so I think that would benefit, I would take support cases quickly and not have someone waiting ages for a member tag, I would be understanding knowing that the person might be experiencing a problem during a support case so that they might be a little annoyed but I would still treat them nicely and respectfully.
How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? "Hello, my name is Cravplay from Gaminglight support, how can I help you today?"
Have you read our rules and do you promise to uphold all those rules to the best of your ability? Yes I do
