After further investigation into this report, I've came to conclusion about what i should do about this. But before I get into it, I just wanna make some points and explain some stuff. Looks to me that Bobby got irritated because of the officers would not do their jobs properly and stay back and secure the area. I do understand that what Bobby said was a bit vulgar and demanding, which is why I've spoken to Bobby about fixing up his attitude towards others. I don't think Bobby should be warned here. Do also keep in mind that when asked by SWAT/CERT/SRT to stand down, they must comply. So really, it was a PD issue to begin with anyways. PD do tend to not listen to their higher ups or follow orders given by a tactical unit so I can understand the frustration that Bobby had during the situation. As for Andrew, due to multiple complaints/issues i've seen recently about him, he has been issued a strike for being unprofessional, being disrespectful to other departments, and not cooperating with others. He has been spoken to about this strike and he understands why it was given. I've told him to get his act together and fix the attitude towards other departments and he understands. For the warn request, I don't think it's really necessary for either of them , I've dealt with them both within the state department.

Rule has been implemented. Enough is enough. Grow up and quit arguing with each other. Don’t like the rule? Speak to Echo himself. We have a state channel for a reason and we can use it if we want. Need to contact a trooper? Then message someone in game or contact someone in teamspeak. Quit making this a big deal when it shouldn’t be.

This is not the place to start arguments with each other. Last time I checked, this is in the State subsection. Rule has been implemented by the LT COL of State. The rule has nothing to do with FBI or any other department.

This includes all forms of communication. When you’re dead, you shouldn’t be able to talk to anyone (ooc/local chat/advert/admin) Maybe keep admin chat but everything else needs to be disabled. For those that say keep ooc, people will use ooc to contact ems that way. If you are dead for a certain amount of time, that probably means that ems hasn’t responded or any medical unit. Then you can respawn. The main reason for this suggestion is because people will use ooc and adverts while dead and say things like “I NEED A MEDIC” “WHERES EMS?!?!” “EMS IM DEAD AT @ location”. WHERE’S THE ROLEPLAY?

Just be on whatever channel you wanna be on. If you are a state trooper and doing some operation or a particular raid or even a car pursuit, then use the state channel to communicate with each other. If not, then just use the Patrol 1/2 channels.

Considering the fact that you’re copbaiting/asking for attention/purposely ramming into him/ means a lot in this situation. You got involved into a situation which ended up flipping the FBI’s vehicle and got him angry to call you that one certain word. If you did that to someone and they called you stupid, would you report them for player diss? Seems like a dumb reason. You’re reporting someone for saying one small word that could’ve been easily ignored. It totally seemed like you were wanting to get called by that word. Why do you have to report someone over one little word? Heres a life lesson, when someone calls you a particular word and you don’t like it? Ignore it and move on. It’s just a word and it’s not going to hurt you. Based off the video evidence, you should be warned for copbait. Since you purposely rammed into him and was asking for attention, honestly you were asking for it. You were asking to be called that based on what you did.

Why should we add it? - Adds more RP What are the advantages of having this? - People would actually have to RP the aspect of being dead and not being able to call EMS or even talk in general. Here's basically what happened from what I remember. Vodnik comes up to this guy named Admiral and says something like hey.Admiral calls Vodnik a retard.Vodnik does indeed in fact call a MUG on Admiral. Admiral is looking at the ground unarmed. Vodnik had a shotgun, i believe, and started a MUG on Admiral.Admiral then realizes he's being mugged so he ends up bringing out a shotgun and Vodnik and Admiral begin to exchange fire. Admiral shot first. And a gunfight begins and Vodnik ends up killing him.EMS is responding to the dead civilian and when EMS gets on scene. Vodnik is pointing a shotgun at the EMS and is telling the EMS to back off and not to revive him.EMS explains to Vodnik that he needs to revive/heal him. Vodnik then proceeds to just let EMS revive him and Vodnik walks away.Pretty sure Vodnik then returns back to the same place he killed Admiral.Admiral calls him a retard again and kills him again. I dont know about this warning because I don't think you should kill someone over the fact that he called someone a retard. Don't really think that's a reason to be shooting/killing someone. Based on the scenario that I witnessed, it seemed like an RDM to me.

EMS was on duty and revived the person.

We don't need another section for Dispatch. Dispatch is a part of Police Department. Post it in the Police Section. Make a topic titled "Dispatcher Information" and list all the information/links on there. Get a staff member to pin and lock the topic. Problem solved.

A few points I would like to make rather than give -/+ support Situation 1: Raiding Cooldown 0:20 You started the robbery at outskirts gas station.4:48 Gas station inside city is being robbed.That's 4 minutes and 24 seconds. Each raiding needs to be at least 5 minutes apart. Although thats 36 seconds off from 5 minutes. It's still less than 5 minutes by at least 30 seconds. I can understand like a few seconds off from 5 minutes either 4:55s or 5:05s, thats okay. But It was at least 30 seconds before your next raid. 8:59 Bank raid. That's 4 minutes and 11 seconds after your previous raid at general store inside city. That's 49 seconds before your next raid. Now thats a big difference from the 5 minute cooldown.Situation 2: Andrew's "NLR" 4:36 When Andrew asked for someone to reset him. (I will be speaking to Andrew as I've told Troopers/CERT troopers not to be doing this). Andrew was wrong in the way as a CERT trooper by asking someone to reset him, which i will be speaking to him about this. I do not think that Andrew broke NLR here because he had asked someone to reset him. Theoretically, the reset didn't really happen because it was sort of an OOC kind of RP. It's a different story if Andrew just walked in there and you killed him and he came back after that. Now that would be NLR. Conclusion, I don't think Andrew needs to get a warning for NLR as I don't think he broke it. But I do think that you should've gotten a warning for breaking the raid cooldown.
