- Support Responding to Question 3: - You talk about how starfighter is currently going through a rough patch, however I rarely see you on/ rarely see you hosting tryouts/ rarely hosting SIMs/ etc. - Throughout this app you act as if you can't doing anything unless you get this position. This is far from the truth, you can be a leader, a role model and a person that can change SF. You have failed to do so from what I have seen. Please prove this wrong. - I don't see any reason why you can't attempt to do doc work right now and show it to your overseer. If its good enough I don't see why they wouldn't accept it. I have had multiple run ins with you, where you have been disrespectful and constantly complaining. - You address Onyx squad and how it needs a major rework, you fail to address how or what you would do to make it better. I do want to point out that in the past week you were on for 1 hour. In the past month you have been on for 11 hours. These number are so small and show that you don't put enough time in the server Overall, this application is very poorly written with barely any words answering questions 5 and 6. I find that your lack to improve the battalion with where you are at now stand as a major flaw. If you really wanted to do all these things your talking about in question 3 then why aren't you doing it now? I still think you have a lot of maturing to do before you should be allowed to be part of any command team. I think that you need to put more effort and time into your battalion now and once there is an improvement in your quota, time, reputation and battalion numbers THEN put a command application in.

Smithy's Eight Brother Application 1. What's your IGN: Smithy 2. What Regiment are you applying for? IQ VCMDR (Eight Brother) 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? Throughout my time on GL, I have been trying to learn and make bonds with people before applying to any sort of command position. I have recently decided that I want to main life IQ and I have been having tons of fun doing so. I want to become a command member not only to set an example, but to have the ability to better engage with the branch. With the amount of different SIMs and lore opportunities that IQ presents, I believe I can help build on the branch in these two regards. I also want to be vice commander of this branch to help boost engagement and help motivate people to get on by building on to the SIMs and lore already present. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 503 hours https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/1161938746 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A commander in a battalion has a couple of main purposes. One major purpose is to act as an example to the battalion. This can come in many forms, like behavior, set examples about activity, and to help set example is PvE and PvP situations. Another purpose is to act as a intermediate between high command/GMs/Admins and your branch. This is important to convey what a battalion is needing/wanting. For example if the majority of IQ want more opportunities to have Jedi interrogation, then it is very important for a commander to reach out to a member of the GM team and try to set up a mission or event that addresses this need. Lastly I think the main purpose of a commander is to engage the branch and get activity up. This can be done in a couple of way, but one I want to highlight and work most on is get missions going on weekly for IQ. I have notice that when a mission is planned and explained to the branch a week in advance, that will usually be the time when the branch has the most people on all week. With all of this in mind if I am chosen to be a command member of the IQ branch then I will be sure to enforce and improve these three purposes listed above. 6. Why should we trust you to be commander? Throughout my time on gaminglight I have made many friends and have risen the ranks in other regards then just the IQ branch. I am currently a GMVII where I host event weekly. With my time GMing I have made a multitude of new dupes for the community to engage with. I have never abused this whitelist and never plan on abusing it or using it for my own benefit. Recently Another accomplishment I have reached on the server is becoming an Admin. I have worked hard to help solve issues between people when also trying to grow and improve the GL imperial server. Lastly I have been a part of many other branch and risen the ranks to the highest I could go. I am a COL in 501st and a ARCAL (Assistant Lead) within the ARC branch. I was a CPT in medical where Tucker and I helped revive the branch. Recently I became a member of the pyke to help engage with the criminal side of the server. With all of this in mind I hope this shows not how dedicated I am in the server, but how much I care about the position I am applying to. 6. How often can you be online? I try to spend 3-4 days on the server for around 3-4 hours at the minimum. This past month so far I have logged a total of 66 hours. 7. Do you have any Warnings? - Support I completely agree with all the above comments. I see no benefit for PvP with it being nerfed. When floating in air you are a wide open target with no cover. T4 along with most rifles that can zoom it can easily fire at those open targets.

Big +1 - Steve is one the most mature and serious RP guys I have met on the server. He has always shown respect and kindest to almost everyone. I believe Steve is the best and only man so far I have seen for the job.

Bro out of all the game modes you chose half life 2 RP, I would go with another star wars game modes like clone wars. We have a lot of assets already, so that would be a huge help

+ Support - I have seen this man grow through medical. His attention to detail and his want to make medical better is amazing. He is by far the best (Next to Yamira) person when it come to roleplay. Not only is he very detailed with what he does, but almost never breaks character. He would make an amazing vice commander. o7 PK best of luck!!!!

Please update your app to reflect the warn you got for RDM on 7/31. - Also wanted to include this. Constantly complaining to any event that doesn't meet there satisfaction. I have 5 clips of you doing nothing but complaining during event because there is no ai ships, too many ai ships, ships have too much health, no ships.. etc... Maybe next time be responsible and follow the rules and you can be a gm that meets your high expectations. Also you rage quitting shows nothing but immaturity and irresponsibility.
