- Support Most People who work for their department Ranking, As Mark previously stated this is more an EHC Issue rather than an SMT issue, Honestly in my PERSONAL opinion i think PD should be the Exemption only because that's the baseline for joining most sub departments (INCLUDING EMS) which you so stated that should be exempt which i also feel shouldn't be part of the suggestion either as (from my knowledge) you have to be SNR+ In PD to join so its sorta a (Sub Department) philosophy as well. I do however agree sometimes you can see someone not be active at all as a command role when they are Command in Multiple Departments however that is more of a HC issue for that department and EHC of PD Rather than a SMT issue.

+Support Okay, honestly i was going to also add that maybe they sit on the other side of the AFK Room and have a photo on the wall sorta like PD Cadet room that showed the Link to the Rules and typing !MOTD that way they were COMPLETELY out of Role-Play. Countless times people are trying to kill Shadowbanned using High class weapons and like it or not on PD people it turns into a massive shootout because it is still illegal to have a Class 2+ Firearm out killing a shadowbanned.. and great roleplay situations get turned into mush immediately from everyone trying to kill a Shadow banned player. It is a great idea to have them killable but maybe it be best suited for the AFK Room or something OUT OF ROLEPLAY... since Shadow banned players CAUSED a disturbance in the server in Role-Play i don't think its appropriate to have them able to screw up ANYMORE Roleplay by just going around getting RDM'D and being KOS.

- Support Calzone, You have alot of good Roleplay on this server. With this report i can honestly contest that this was NOT your duty. If you have an issue with someone trying to RDM that needs to be a /report not micromod by shooting them on PD/DF/SWAT what have you. From my perspective i saw an individual attempting to uncuff someone else by lockpicking and you attempted to shoot them dead and got me in the crossfire. My concern is not about you so much as RDMing me (as it was crossfire and i know it happens) it is about how you tried to shoot and kill an unarmed man who was simply trying to lockpick someone else. + Huge Support. David is always a pleasure to roleplay with and an amazing Staff Member i have personally always liked his events in event team and i think if anything he is very mature and a capable staff member! Hope you make it far David.

-/+ Support, + Keuka you are an awesome guy my man, I have seen ya in game and role played with you many times since i have been here. You seem to grasp the rules well and you aren't very mingy at all in my eyes and while you were on PD you remained professional at all times which is evident by your warn history being almost 1 year and 4 months since you're last warn. - The ONLY and i stress ONLY thing that i have NEGATIVE to say is that your activity as of the last couple of weeks has majorly dropped and i haven't seen you on at all recently, if you continue to stay active like you have in these last few days (which i think you can) I think you will make a valuable addition to the staff team.

Where do i begin with Ol Mark here.. - Mature - Friendly - Popular with the public with the aspect of Community Policing, the general public has the utmost respect for Mark. - Is very supportive of growth of supervisors and in field promotions and i can personally attest is very easy to talk to. - Takes on the advice of others and has very good critical thinking skills. - Has trust to his subordinates and assists with the efforts for training new cadets. Overall i think this would be one of the most deserving promotions to likely ONE OF the most active Command Members and is very well deserving of the rank of Captain.

+Support - Great Guy, - Mature - I think would make a valuable member of the growing staff team! - Gets along with everyone (Also makes bases he says are hard to get into but not really)

+ Huge Support Nicc is Very Sociable as a person and is always willing to help with any trouble, this doesn't just fall for in game but i feel for on the forums as well as Azrael said remaining professional at all times and showing extraordinary skills in problem solving. I have no doubt in my head Nicc would make an admirable member of the support team

1. How active are you ( if you haven't been very active explain why) 10/10 (I am on the 7 day leaderboard which means i physically must have no life ) 2. (Anything you want us to know) Even though i am a Cadet i can personally attest to the fact that right now i have seen the majority of the activity of Azrael, Ducky, Mark and JACKK as i have seen then and rode with them and patrolled with them the most. I HIGHLY recommend Ducky for a Promotion to Team-Leader as i feel she exhibits many qualities that are positive leadership roles such as and not limited too Getting along fantastically with others, being able to control situations as not only a supervisor but a Command Member and being able to communicate not only fantastically through radio but in person.
