Why do you want to be an Officer?: Here are some reasons why you should appoint me as a officer, I have prior knowledge on how to be command, I have a very uplifting mood, and I will strive to make Alpha-1 a great and active community. You may be asking to yourself "why do these points matter" here are the reasons why these points matter. Prior knowledge of being command, this is important because I have experience on how to command a battalion, and I know how to deal make punishments seem fair to the recipient of said punishment. Very uplifting mood, a very uplifting mood can support the branch in many different ways, for example if somebody is having a bad day, than with my uplifting mood I can hopefully make their day just that little bit better. My final reason is because I will strive to make Alpha-1 a great and active community, this reason comes from my other two reasons (prior command knowledge and uplifting mood) and this supports the branch by making the branch look better in other player's eyes, and making people want to strive to be able to join Alpha-1. All of these are reasons that you should let me into Alpha-1. 6. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: The reason that I am competent enough to be an Alpha-1 officer is because I have the prior knowledge of being command and I have a very good uplifting mood. Here are the reasons why these reasons are important. Prior knowledge of being command this makes me competent for Alpha-1 officer because it gives me the agility, and skills to become an Alpha-1 officer. Finally because i have a good uplifting mood, this is important because it gives me a better ability and better skills when being an Alpha-1 officer, making me more competent. 7. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: I will maintain strong relationships with other branches by, punishing those that branch/player diss, make sure proper punishment is given, and finally making sure that the community does not turn toxic. Here is why these reasons are so important. Punishing for player/branch diss, this is important because if somebody unfortunately makes a poor decision and player disses or branch disses, it is important to ensure proper punishment, that is why it is important. Making sure proper punishment is given, this is important because if somebody does something that breaks SOP/MOTD it is important to know what form of punishment, whether it is a strike, or just a verbal warning that is why it is important for proper punishment. Finally making sure the community doesn't turn toxic, this is important because if the branch turns toxic then the way that other branches look at us will be the opposite of what we want.
