I would like to join Mobile Task Force Delta-5 because I would like to rejoin the GamingLight Community as I have a little free time, I have been in Epsilon-11 as a Captain, I would like to join the branch to see how D5 operate and being able to protect the HCZ and the EZ. I have a couple of friends in the D5 command and they have said that they are enjoying there time in the branch. Why should we let you into Delta-5? (50+ words) I think you should let me into Delta-5 because I am dedicated and loyal to my branches, I enjoy working with in the Mobile Task Force's branches. There is a couple of Command that know my work ethic and how I operate within the branches. Also because I am willing to learn and help attempt to boost the Delta-5 population on off hours. I think it is my time to resign, I have gotten to the extent that I am so burnt out and work has gotten crazy so that I do not have much time now for the server and I do not want to be holding up a command spot within security or within wardens. This is done on phone so yeah expect it to be rough around the edges. I have had amazing fun during my time in security, I joined security at the start of September of 2022. I reached the rank of Sergeant Major in about a month or so. I transferred from E11 as captain into the spot of security 2LT and then a few weeks after and then earned the rank of 1LT. So yeah that was my little backstory of my time within GENSEC . Just a few things for people: Lovelock: Your amazing keep up the great work, and making sure that some of the Beira rule. You were an amazing security member and a great warden. We had some amazing times during the last 5-6 months and a lot of them are memorable. Just don’t be a pain in the ass Eevee: Keep rocking on, you are an amazing Security Command member and a great Deputy Squad Lead in wardens. You rose through the Wardens ranks because you are the model warden. We had some great times and hope everything gets better. Again make sure the Brits rule! Pork Rind: You are such a great guy, one minute you are a SNCO next minute you are Senior Command. You were supposed to be my Deputy Squad Lead l, but you were yoinked the day before. You were an amazing Squad Lead and rightfully deserve the WP spot. We had a lot of laughs and some polite disagreements but most of the laughs were great. Keep on rocking and hope to see you as a DHOS or HoS. Baby Arm: You are just cringe . . . I am joking kind of. You have been a great friend and colleague, you have mentored me a lot through security and within wardens. You have been a great Legate and keep on with the amazing work for wardens and relations with juggs and wardens have never been as good as it is now . You will definitely get DHoS soon. Bucket: oh fucket it’s bucket. You are a great friend and we had our laughs. You are a fantastic member of security and a great chief juggernaut, juggs and wardens have never been as close as it is now. Hope you rise through the ranks you genuinely deserve to. Zboz: The Zobz man, well what can I say, docs docs docs. You were the technical man within wardens and then left us high and dry, IM KIDDING! You were a great member of security and a great person in total. Hope your new branch treats you as well as they should. Marthan: Be active, stop being inactive. Generally a great friend, yes we bullied each other well I bullied you and it was fun but we had our laughs. Ein: Mr Ein, when I first met you, you were a colonel and the warden legate. You were an amazing legate, then you decided to resign. But even whilst your weren’t in security your art you made was top notch. You have a great future in graphic design, keep on being great. Agny: JustAgny ew just ew. You are a great friend, you should actually sleep more instead of being in game at like 4 am in the morning. We had some good laughs and some great PTs Keep on rocking on and making FTO. Drizzle: You are a great Head of Security. You keep invading my weather app, you seem to be everywhere. (When it says if it’s cloudy, raining but it is drizzling it says Drizzle. ) You for some reason accepted my transfer to Security, probably one of the worst mistakes. it has been a pleasure to serve under you. Keep making security great. Sprink: Didn’t really know you as well but one thing I am constantly reminded of when I think of wardens. When your promoted me to Deputy Squad Lead of Legion V, when you announced you were ‘being nuked’. Funniest promotion I have ever seen. Other security If I didn’t mention any of you don’t be offended, Keep up the amazing and keep making security great. Security is one of the back bones within the foundation, keep working and you will soon rise through the ranks.

How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?: About 6 Months 7. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: I promise to uphold all duties as a command member within security. 9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?: I Promise that I will listen and respect all lower & higher ranks. 10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I would like to become a member of the Security Senior Command because I would like to be able to further help any members of Security and with being a member of the Senior Command I would be able to help Low Command members more as well. I have been a part of Security for around 6 months, when I am online I mainly get on to the Security Low Command Job to be able to ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures and rules are enforced, also to be able to help lead and mentor the ranks below First Lieutenant primarily Enlisted to Senior Non-Commissioned Officers. As being a member of the Security Senior Command I feel this would also help me bring relations between different branches together as some of the branches relations are not as good as it could be, also by being a member of Senior Command this could influence members of Low Command and then influence other members like Security NCO's & Enlisted because if this did influence a lot of people it would mean a better reputation for the branch but also members of other branches wanting to do more things with Security. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: Security Officers are allowed to leave D-Block with a VALID REASON, Firstly I would ask the Officer for their reasons for keep leaving D-Block if it is valid then I would allow them to proceed. However if the reason is not valid, I would remind them as a Security Officer most of their time is and will be spent in D-Block until they get promoted up the Security ranks. If the Security Officer continues leaving with out a valid reason, I would more then likely place them a Watch list. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: Firstly, I would remind them that they do need a better reason that would was already given and that they are needed in D-Block to help keep the Block under control, I would also remind them of their duties as a Non-Commissioned Officer and their responsibilities. If they continued to leave D-Block with out a better reason they I would place them on a watch list, and potentially a Do Not Promote (DNP) as that kind of behavior sets a bad president on other members of security. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: Firstly I would as the Epsilon-11 Private if they have the correct permission to be inside D-Block, If not I would also speak to them about this and teach them what the correct perms are to be in D-Block. I would then ask them politely if I could have a word in private, if they do I would kindly ask them to not take command of Security as that is why there is Security Command members and Security NCO's. If the Private was not listening, I would kindly ask them to stop commanding Security as that is the job of the Command & NCO Members, if they continue, I would then handcuff them and attempt to make contact with a Epsilon-11 command member in game. I would report all of this in any situation to a Epsilon-11 Command member but also add they way they were during me speaking to the Private weather they acted understandingly or if they were being disrespectful. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: Firstly I would check the roster or the Promotions channel to see if they are off cool down, then I would check against NCO logs to check their activity and back up the reason.Although I know how to train Corporals for Sergeant's I would still open up the Security Command Guide to make sure I do not miss anything. I would then go the NCO guide and the Patrol and Stationing Guide, then I would teach them that they can now call Partial and Hands up on codes Orange and Black, and if there is no Senior NCO's on then they can call D-Block Protocols on Code Yellow. I would then tell them that they can now be trained to become a Field Training Officer and then inform them of the importance of the what is to be an FTO, I would also inform them that they can also be trained to become a sniper and tell them it is a quick training if they would like to be trained for it after the SGT training, also informing them that at the rank of Sergeant when Warrant Officer applications are open that they can apply for becoming command and the upsides of being a member of Security Command. I would then give them the Security NCO tag in discord and then inform them of how to make a NCO activity log and the importance of it. Then lastly tell them they can now lead LCZ patrols and if needed to station Enlisted around the LCZ and that they may lead patrols in HCZ on code orange or lower, then tell them that they can also give perms to LCPL & CPLs to go into HCZ for escorting etc. Then I would then log the promotion in the Security Promotions channel
