+support Even though we've had our differences in the past, I ultimately have nothing negative to say of this man. He is a great player, admin, and role model, and every player should strive to be more like him. If anyone deserves Super Admin, it's Theta. I look forward to seeing you as JMT, buddy.

-support I'm pretty sure the console will only ban you for an alt account IF you have an active ban on an account linked to it. If this is a software issue and it's proven, then I revert my -support to a +support, but as of right now, I do not see any reason to support this appeal, since alting is a very serious offense.

-support Loni doesn't have the best track record on the server. He's been kicked out of at least 2 battalions (that I know of) and has a history of doing and saying things that could be hugely detrimental to the staff team.

It is FailRP to go swinging into an active hostage situation unless ordered to by a Higher-up, as this breaks the fearRP element of the hostage situation. Once? Ok, you might get some people killed, but you could argue you didn't know it was a hostage situation until you got there. The MRDM comes in when the person comes back MULTIPLE times after being killed and goes on a rampage trying to kill everybody in a room that they know there is an active hostage RP situation going on in and being warned in voice chat that there was. Bard came back twice, when there was no excuse not to have known the situation.

I'm gonna say this and then I'm dropping it. I've changed, and matured a lot since this happened. In fact, that fall from grace is what made me largely change my image in the server and think about how I conduct myself on this server. I am careful about EVERYTHING I do. I would've never made it to command with the way I used to act before this happened. Also, just because I was removed does not mean that I cannot give my opinion on this.

-support Calling someone a mental patient is disrespect. Staff would warn an ST for doing this, just because you're an elder member of the community doesn't make you any different. As former HC, you should know the saying "cooler heads prevail" applies to a lot of situations. You should have just made a sit without calling someone a mental patient and someone would've come along to help you. This warn is valid and should stick.

Jamal Goongus - Came into the pandora bridge and spawned in a AT-TE tank, and again at one point on the top of the ship. also caught on clip spawning in speeder bikes on ship. Admiral Ackbar should be banned for 3 counts of AMRDM, I do not know how many players he killed, but the intent was there. if we had let him, he would have killed every single one of us. As for Jamal I dont know If the spawning is related to staff powers or something, but you shouldn't be randomly spawning things in like that, as it can lag and/or crash the server, especially while an event is going on. Any extra information: I can not substantiate this, But I believe both of these players are associated with Biggy, as I had an incident with biggy about 20 mins after this incident in which these 2 players were in league with him.

-support Last question is lacking. It's too the point, but lacks the meat that I would expect from someone who truly desires to be staff. As I say in all other apps, edit this, and I may change my response. +support Tuna is very dedicated to the overall community, I've seen him handle sits that have gotten out of control several times. He is calm and cool headed. He deserves super admin.

-support Sadly, I must -support this. The application is short, elaborate on your explanation a little more and I may change my response. "And if I do get declined, no matter." This makes it sound as if you don't care about the position at all.

-support This is common sense man. Stop trying to weasel your way out of a warn.

+support If typing this out was used for the right reason I don't see any reason why this ban shouldn't be removed. It's just really important you remember not to do it again. However I don't see this ban being appealed because there is currently no evidence of the word being used in the instance you are claiming. Also, for future reference, we usually refer to this word as "the F slur" on the server. You can generally refer to it that way without getting in trouble and everyone knows what you mean.

-support I cannot support you obtaining a GM position for these reasons: -VERY low effort application. This looks like you threw it together in 5 mins, and didn't even read the questions thoroughly. No example given for events. -almost every interaction I've had with you on the server is mingy, and irresponsible. I'm not the only one that feels that way either. This position isn't right for you, YET. I'm not saying you could never be or ever earn my support, just not at this point in time.

-support You've been on the server before, during which time you caused massive problems, so forgive me if I don't feel any different about you this time. I do not have a vendetta against you but Jax is right, you've been here long enough to know what you CANNOT do. Furthermore, it states in the rules, S1A15: Do not use a stupid or unrealistic RP name I think you knew what you were doing wrong. The worst part is that bear gave you a chance to stop, and you continued. This is no different than when staff has to deal with a player who wants to name themselves "D***man" or something else extreme. This warn should stick.

-support Very short application. Needs work. Seemingly zero experience in ULX. event ideas, ok. They include a little lore, but still not impressive. Go into detail. Get peoples attention. We have enough events on the server that are basic cookie cutter "Oh no! The rebels are attacking!" Events. You won't Garner any support by proposing any more of those. As stated before, talk to some GM's and see what they do, maybe ask to shadow them as they plan an event or as an event actor ^This is great! @Brine (I hope I tagged the right one) would you care to weigh in on how this helped you and whether you think this person would be a good fit for GM?

-Support At this time, I cannot support you as an active staff member. My experiences with you have been nothing but unprofessional and mingy. You like to cause problems intentionally with other members of the community and then get mad when they react within their character guidelines and SOP. Example: you encouraged another member of 501st to take pictures of a Royal guard and then got mad when we investigated and killed both of you for it.

-support Its a good application, but I would like to see more elaboration on the last question, it's a good answer, but I feel like it's missing the part where you actually explain what you would do. Keeping calm is great, but what actual staff actions(other than gagging) would you take to alleviate the situation? Elaborate more on that and I'll update my response. EDITED: +SUPPORT. @Bub I'm gonna wait to see what he says on this before I deliver a + or - support. However, if you did do what you said you did, and tried to expose it to a staff member, I believe it was wrong to ban you for that. With that being said, SMT usually doesn't make mistakes, SMT also won't get directly involved in a ban unless it's something really serious. Being the track record that you have, I'm inclined to believe that this was justified.

I didn't provide evidence in the sit because: A. As you stated, I was frustrated. And B. It was more an act of defiance to starch, as I felt that since he made the sit, he should provide evidence first, as it should always fall on the accuser to provide evidence of wrongdoing, and not the defense to provide evidence for the defense.

I would like to point out that you essentially just admitted that this warn was completely erroneous, as I was warned not on a basis of pure fact in RDM, but because I was being "too argumentative" also, if that's the case, why was starch not also warned for ARDM? All you did was "talk to him" while I got another formal warn on my record. Personally, that sounds kinda biased. I'm sorry that I'm not the greatest at coming up with defenses on the spot, but when you come up against someone like starch, who is former high command, and is very comfortable throwing his weight around, I'm bound to sound a bit argumentative in my response. That is why I am placing this formal appeal up is because this is a WAY better thought out defense of my actions than I ever could have provided you in the sit at that moment.
