I was planning on attending the event which is when I misclicked igniting the ship and myself which is when at least 5 or more troopers began shooting at me and chasing me and I then began to fight back with the weapon I had been holding which was the flame thrower and I was being perused which is why people were being ignited I’m still not sure how it’s RDM when I was attacked first but regardless I then was pulled by I assume you I’m not sure my apologies if you aren’t the one but whoever it was pulled me gave me zero chance to explain anything or even say a word they then just said your getting banned for a week and that was it there wasn’t even a proper sit Edit: I forgot to add that I was arrested right before I was pulled which does go to show I was being chased because I was hit with an arrest bottom and you have to get close to someone to do that. This is a second edit: I also just wanted to point at the fact that you bringing up the previous ban appeal isn’t even relevant to this I was previously banned for something completely outside of the game I wasn’t banned for previous RDM or something of that nature so I’m not sure why you felt the need to add that.

Dispute: Y’all can’t be serious, I clearly misclicked the ship I literally lit my self on fire too it was accidental and let’s not have any type of conversation instead I am shot at by a whole herd of people so I fight back and get banned and that’s MRDM even tho I was attacked first. Then I get pulled into a sit that isn’t even a sit because bro didn’t even talk to me or let me talk he just goes yeh your getting banned for a week. I’m honestly just confused at this point

I don't see how a bounty hunter killing themself would be fail rp. I think that would be a completely realistic possibility within the star wars universe. And obviously putting every instance of fail rp on the list would be near impossible but even though i think it would be a realistic scenario for a bounty hunter to kill themself if being hunted by the empire i think if that is going to be a punishable offence i think that should be added under the Bounty Hunter's section of the MOTD. Furthermore i'm not sure especially since the list of potential fail rp scenario's is to long to put on the MOTD how i would have known a bounty hunter killing themself would fall under fail rp if i had no way of knowing as i have never been in that specific scenario before. So i think it's unfair to say i deserve the warn because i should just know that it's fail rp. I don't think that's valid reasoning to say i knowingly broke the rules because i should just have common sense and know.

Also I wasn’t aware at the time but I just found out that the person who put in the report for the warm was a GM, so I received a false warn from an admin and because of a GM who both don’t know the rules then

When being given the warn i was told it is in the MOTD that it is warn able however it doesn't say anything about KTAP in the MOTD so how is it fair that i receive a warn for something i had no way of knowing even after reading the list of rules on the server.

Evidence of the abusive action(s) (REQUIRED): I unfortunately do not have a clip of the sit because i wasn't expecting to have to clip complete hostility from an admin, however there was another player in the sit as well (there in-game name is DT L21) i'm not sure if they'd be willing to speak on the incident or if they have a clip but they might. 7. What do you believe should happen to the admin: I don't really want anything drastic to happen but i do think the admin in question should face some form of reprimand and possibly some guidelines on professionalism during sits so that sits aren't so hostile and borderline disrespectful especially when the person is being so cooperative and patient about the situation. 8. Evidence of the warn (REQUIRED): I'm not sure exactly what this is asking for but i don't have a clip of the actual incident but the evidence provided in the sit was another player saying this guy(referring to me) kill binded when he had an arrest warrant. 8. Why do you think this warn was false: When being given the warn i was told that i KTAPed which is against the rules and to read the MOTD but upon rereading it the MOTD says nothing about kill binding with an arrest warrant, so i had no way of knowing that doing that was punishable because i've never been in that kind of situation before. 9.
