As some of you may have noticed, my activity has been decreasing rapidly as of late and I feel that I am unable to meet the minimum expected of me. Over the past few months I have felt that I have become more and more out of touch and unable to keep up with the rapid changes. I’ve had an amazing time in gaminglight and have learned a lot from this community. I never imagined myself on this side of the post but life happens Before I go i have a few people I would like to mention: Lookatdatface: Your probably the only reason I've been able to stick around this long, you are by far the most active and one of if not the best command member in security. Pork Rind: I know you will lead warbdens to greatness and you have potential to become HCMD one day. Good luck with the olympics! Bucket: Probably the most active command member behind face. The Wall. Baby Arm: An amazing HCMD your always available to help out when needed, couldn't have asked for better. Drizzle: You have done an amazing job during your time as head. Eddy: Future SCMD you have done an amazing job in security good luck in the future. Matt2: Bruh Jones: Amazing Jugg DH Serum: We haven't talked much but you seem like a chill guy. Dakattack: Sorry we took so long to make you WO, now get HOS. Joe: Who? Silence: Future HOME good luck. Spider: Make sure to help Zef out with HLPR. Zefyr: You've always done good and I constantly hear good things about you. I know you can lead HLPR to greatness better than I could, if you ever need help don't be afraid to ask Spider or me. Zboz: You are an amazing command member kinda sad security lost you but I know you will do great in Nu7 Marthan: the youngest old man I know. +Support From what i've seen elevate has been a great command member in both RnD and Maintenance, man is one of the most dedicated command members I've ever seen and would be a good fit for the position.

I like to help people out whether it be someone just starting out on the server or someone who has weeks on the server. I've enjoyed all the time I've spent in maintenance and I want to take a bigger role in the branch. I have experience in leading people and always try to make sure everyone can have a fun and memorable experience in the branch. I'm fairly active on the server and know just about all the rules and know the SOP. I enjoy FTO and training people for maintenance. In conclusion I believe i should be a maintenance command member because i know my way around the server , I can and want to help players new and old have a fun time, and I feel I am prepared to take on the rules and responsibilities that come with the position. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? First I would warn them to get back to the training room, If they continue to refuse then i would put them on a DNT and demote them off the job. 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would encourage them to put themselves to use helping people and fixing CCs and making money by collecting trash outside of bunks instead of just killing each other inside to bunks and accomplishing nothing. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would inform them correct ways to use their tools and the correct procedure to do during each code if they continue to break these rules I would have them retrained.

(150 WORDS+): I've been in security for a long time now and ever since I've joined I have always tried to be an active and helpful member of the branch. I always try to help everyone I can and if i can't I try to direct them to someone who can help. During my time as security I have practically memorized the SOP and have encourage others to do the same. I try to treat everyone with respect and try to provide a good example for others. I attempt to make myself seem approachable with questions people have. During my time on the server I have gained a lot of experience in leading and helping others and i believe that i would be able to handle the role and responsibilities of a scmd member. I want to help promote cooperation between security and other branches while stopping other branches from looking down on us I've loved the time I have had Security and I want to take a bigger part in the branch and make sure that everyone can have as much fun as I have and meet as many new people as i have with it. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: First I would try to talk to them in a private place and ask them if they have any specific reason to keep leaving D-Block, if not i would inform them that D-block is where they has the most usefulness and importance to us. If the opportunity arises I would recommend them to a NCO for a patrol through LCZ. If this behavior continues still I would have them retrained and watch over them, If they even still continue i would begin to instate harsher punishments. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would ask them what their reason was an try to work with them from there, if they just wanted to wander around LCZ I would recommend that he leads a patrol and to take a few other people who are also getting bored of D-Block. If they continued just wandering around like that then I may start reprimanding them depending on how bad it got 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would gather evidence through screenshots and clips, then I would confront him about what his reason for being in D-block is, if he continues his behavior I would then attempt to pressure him out of D-block for the time being and attempt to undo any damage he could have caused. Then I would send the evidence to an E-11 command member and let them deal with it how they see fit. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: First I would make sure they have a fourms account then I would explain to them as a NCO they are now a role model to all the enlisted, after that i would show him the NCO Guide then the patrol and stationing guide, next I would Inform them they can call hand up/ partial on code orange/black, third i would show them how to make NCO activity logs in the discord so that they and everyone else on the server can get credit for their activity, Last I would inform them they can be trained for Sniper and FTO.
