7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member? I think that I should become a maintenance command member because I am active a much as I can, I'm always looking out for my fellow maintenance and make sure they are doing there job, following ethics, mot, and sop, I work long and hard with anyone who has done something wrong or just needs help with anything big or small, and I'm looking to step up and take responsibility and prove myself as a true maintenance member, I always wish to keep giving myself something to work to while playing on the server, and with command I can push myself to learn and improve on multiple thing, and if I am made a command member i will be given new and better tools to help any and all members with doing there job and making sure they are punished properly when they did something wrong and help them never do it again.

8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would inform other personal and ask for assistance getting them back to training room, if all else fails I would call of mod to come assist and then I would punish appropriately

A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? i would ask them stop stop and come talk to me witch i then will explain what they did wrong and hand out the correct punishment, if they refuse to come talk to me or stop, i will cuff and then explain what they did wrong, and hand out the correct punishments
