Almost every day. Usually around for a few hours at a time. How often do you use Discord? Every single day. When I am home, I check it consistently. When at work, I try and check every so often. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to be a member of the Support Team because I enjoy helping individuals in the community. If I were to be accepted, it would give me the opportunity to help those outside of the game and on Discord and TeamSpeak. I am usually very active within the Discord and also pretty active in the TeamSpeak as well. I’m in the TeamSpeak on average about 3-5 hours a day, usually after work. For the Discord, I’m usually on it at least 5 or more hours every single day. Even though I am not in Support, I do try and help people wherever I can when issues arise. Whether it be something small like a question about server rules or something that I am unsure of, I do my best to answer their questions or point them in the right direction. I have been in this community for over a year. I have accumulated a total of 0 warns and 0 bans and I have been a member of staff for just about 4 months. On top of that, I have been trusted with the rank of Admin. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? I would greet them and introduce myself first. After, I would ask how their day has been so far and then move on and find out what I can do to assist them with their Ticket.

The LOA system on the website rosters is an absolute beaut. However, it is overshadowed by the fact that you cannot end LOAs early for others. For new players, it may be a bit of a pain to navigate to the correct portion of the roster. I am suggesting a new permission for HCMD+ or even CMD+ be added to be able to end LOAs early for other players. This will make the jobs of Command infinitely easier and will allow us to end the LOA of a player without having to navigate them throughout the roster, which they may be confused by.
