  1. +Support Knowing Snow both on and off the server, I think he would be a great fit as a Vice Commander. As a previous Scorch, there are a lot of responsiblities that come with that role, managing demos being one. It's a very demanding position because you have to constantly monitor the demos and ensure they are following proper protocols. That being said, I think Snow is very capable of handling this. Snow is the next logical person to become Scorch. Best of luck!
  2. In-Game name: Diabeto SteamID: STEAM_0:1:552587374 Rank: 1SGT How long have you been in your current rank?: I was promoted to 1SGT on 2/7/23. What experiences in leadership do you have?: About 6 months ago when I played on the server as IC. In my time in IC, I was Omega Squad vice lead, Crimson squad vice lead, demolitions lead, and demolitions overseer VCMDR Scorch. I was also in Purge, where I was a 1LT and Brawler junior lead. From what I was told, I was a well-respected leader in all my roles. Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum) I want to be an officer because I want to fill a leadership role within DT. I believe that my experiences in other branches on the server, as well as my relationship with other members in different battalions can be beneficial to DT. I joined DT on 1/17/23 and have honestly enjoyed every minute of it. I spend almost all my time on the server on the DT job because I not only enjoy the duties required, but the people within the branch. Having other members that are regularly on with me are very supportive helps make DT enjoyable. I want to give back to those members who have pushed me to be the best of the best. F16, S46, SCO and even Rax are just some of the members that make my time in DT enjoyable, and I want to give back to them by becoming an officer and taking on extra duties. To be completely transparent, there are also some slightly selfish reasons. I eventually want to become a VCMDR or CMDR of this battalion. This application helps fast track my way there but, I don’t want the command position just for the title. Most of you may know, DT is going through a bit of a rough spot with members currently. I want to be a part of the reason that DT comes out of that rough spot and strives like it used to. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum) I believe I stand out from other DT for my sheer dedication to the battalion. As of the time of this application, I have 20 tryouts on record for the week. Unfortunately, most of those tryouts were unsuccessful in recruiting new members. However, I will not let this deter me from continuing to try and boosts DTs numbers. Since becoming an NCO I have always hit my quotas and plan to continue doing such, even exceeding them. As I stated previously, I want to be part of the reason DT comes out of this rough patch. I dedicate almost every hour I spend on the server to DT. I am very knowledgeable in our procedures and help others when they have questions. I am not perfect by any means and will refer to the handbook from time to time or ask questions. Overall, I believe that I am deserving of an officer position and that it would benefit DT having me there. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an officer you can be removed from your position? I understand that failing to meet expectations in DT results in punishment including demotion. Do you understand that receiving a strike will result in an immediate demotion? I am aware of the 1 strike policies within DT.
  3. [In-Game Name] Diabeto [Call-sign] DA3 [Rank] 1SGT [Which lore squad member are you applying for] M36 [Why do you believe you deserve this position] I believe I deserve this position because I possess the qualities that TI-23 is looking for. I believe that I am a great leader and possess great communication skills. When I joined DT I saw TI-23 and looked up to the members with in it. I believe that the members of TI-23 set an example for the rest of DT and I think that I am a person that people can look up to. I am unafraid to talk to other members of DT, whether it me good or bad. I communicate very well with my fellow DT, whether we are on VIP protection, a mission or SIMs. As an Ex VCMDR, Senior Mod and GM, I think that I have the experience needed to fill this position. I like to have fun, but I know when it is time to bear down and get serious. [Why do you want to be a part of Unit TI-23] I feel that with TI-23 comes increased notoriety. I don’t mean that I want to be noticed more, what I want is to be a role model to other DT and give them aspirations and things to look forward to while they move through the ranks. I crave the increased responsibilities that come with being part of a special unit. I also just miss being part of an elite specialty squad. TI-23 bring that back for me, making me feel like I have a more important role to fulfill. [What does Unit TI-23 do] TI-23 is an elite squad, each with special attributes to better protect VIPs, assist their squad, and the rest of DT. TI-23 fulfils the duties of regular DT with added responsibilities due to their specialized kits. The squad’s specialties are as follows: C37: C37 is a CQC specialist. Their job is to be the first one into any room and clear the enemies that are the closest. V07: V07 is the marksman of the group. His specialty is long range target aquation and HVT elimination. His sniper helps him engage enemies from afar and give the rest of the group important information about the battle field from a elevated position. L21: L21 is the demolitions expert of TI-23. He specializes in a multitude of areas that greatly assist the team. He is capable of laying down suppressive fire, plant and defusing bombs, hacking and setting up fortifications. M36: M36 is a combat medic. M36s main job is keeping the VIP healthy and happy. He has access to a booster bacta kit, an armorkit, and a squad shield. While M36s main directive is keeping the VIP healthy, he is able to use his medical expertise to help the rest of his squad, DT and other troopers. M36 also is trained in field surgery, so he is able to conduct aid while out on a mission. F16: Lastly, but certainly not least there is F16. F16 is the backbone of TI-23. F16 is the best of the TI unit and is their fearless leader. Without F16, there is no TI-23 [How active can you be] I am on everyday, roughly 3-6 hours. Active hours are usually between 16:00 EST and 00:00 EST. [Do you understand that if you are accepted into Unit TI-23, you will be on a 1-strike system] I am well aware of the 1 strike system within the TI-23 unit and am ready to take on this challenge.
  4. Can't believe you're going. It feels like only yesterday you trained me into IC. It has an honor being a member of IC command with you. I hope that you can sort out your medical issues. Keep in contact man. -The better Diabetic
  5. +Support This is an amazingly well written application. I don't think I've had interactions with Ronin, but this application gives me faith that he will make an amazing Ninth Sister. Good Luck! As for your warns, you can appeal them here. Imperial RP does not have a warn appeal format (at least, I can't find it) so here is the SCP warn appeal format. You can also go look at past warn appeals here to see the format used (you'll have to scroll down a bit to find the warn appeals).
  6. +Support The only reason I am giving +Support is because I know Oofbonk as he a SFC in IC. He is very capable of being a leader and would be a great fit for Ninth Sister. He has shown dedication and his skills, which is reflected in the speed he progressed to his current rank. If it weren't for the fact that I know Oofbonk this application would get a -Support as it is very short and not very well written. Good luck Oof! Side note for you Oofbonk. Take a look at the accepted section to see what a full application looks like. It will show you what Command is looking for in an application as well as help you in writing any applications in the future.
  7. +Support Daze is a great candidate for the DT Commander position. He's shown throughout his time on the server that he is responsible and capable of being a leader. As a GM and Senior Mod I see the responsibly Daze takes on and how he handles tough situations. As stated before Daze is a great candidate for the DT Commander position. Good Luck!
  8. +Support Out of all of HCOM you are probably the one I've interacted with he most. That's still not very much but compared to the rest of HCOM it's a lot more. I hope that if you become Vader that you continue to interact with lower ranks. It makes us feel special!
  9. +Support I don't know Bear very personally as when I joined the sever he was already AHC and would have no reason to interact with me. However, as I rose through the ranks in IC, I began to learn the history of IC Command, and how Bear was a major part of it. What I'm trying to say is, I don't really know Bear but I've heard a lot about him. From what I've heard when he was a trooper and low command, and what I've seen from him as AHC and SHC, I believe he definitely deserves this spot. He's put in the work, the time, and has proven he can get results. I think it's fair to say we know who will be the next Darth Vader. *you better not forget about us in IC Bear*
  10. I am so sorry to hear about your brother. I wish the best upon you and your family in these tough times. We may not have had many interactions toghether, but you are one hell of a guy. You will be missed among the community. I hope that one day, we will see each other again whether through Gamiglight, or anywhere else. Stay safe. Invictus Maneo
  11. +Support Oofbonk is a fellow IC so I see him quite often. He's risen through the enlisted ranks quite quickly, demonstrating his responsibly and showing he can be trusted. I think he would be a great addition to our moderator team. Good Luck!
  12. +Support I think this could be a very good addition and will add immersion to the server. However, there is some backend work needed to configure the addon to be compatible with our custom map. "If you get any error make sure you have downloaded all required content and play on a supported map". Currently Supported Maps Venator Extensive by KingPommes Star Destroyer by Lord Trilobite "To enable SWU on any map you like, you need to add the map configuration to the addon by using the `SWU_LoadCustomMapConfig` hook and add your configuration as shown in the example below". All is written in the description of the addon in steam.
  13. -Support I've taken a lot of sits with Master Chief and he is very professional when conducting them. He is very throughout in gaining evidence for a sit and hands out just punishments in every situation. With the evidence given by the appealer vs the evidence given by Master Chief I am way more inclined to take Chief's side in this situation. Also I doubt that an established member in the community who is well known within Shock and DT would make any racist remarks. Also this ^
  14. +Support This is something I advocated in my original post for bacta kit changes. "With the booster it takes ~1.8 minutes. I did a separate test, with 3 booster kits from 150hp to 1250hp it took ~40 seconds. I'd say that is a fair time to heal but you cannot always guarantee 3 medics on. I've personally had missions with only 1 medic, sometimes none. In, all I think both the med kit and booster kit should have a buff to the amount of hp given per second". I understand that the slow heal rate of the bacta kit was meant to have troopers prioritize health and their lives, and not run into combat without a plan. But i think it has been tested now and 40 hp/s sounds reasonable enough to heal someone. it still take roughly 40 seconds to do so which would still promote people to try not to take damage and be tactical.

I think that this is a true statement +69
  16. What do you want to see?: 1. The bacta kits don't heal very quickly, I'd suggest boosting the healing rate. 2. We need to get rid of the healing noise the bacta kits make. Why should we add it?: 1. I can already see that in big events there will be problems with people getting health. because of the rate that health is given (~4/sec on the regular kit and ~10/sec on the booster). I did some math and some testing. With the regular bacta kit it takes ~3.5 minutes to get an Imperial Commando from 200hp to the average health in IC which is 1050hp. With the booster it takes ~1.8 minutes. I did a separate test, with 3 booster kits from 150hp to 1250hp it took ~40 seconds. I'd say that is a fair time to heal but you cannot always guarantee 3 medics on. I've personally had missions with only 1 medic, sometimes none. In, all I think both the med kit and booster kit should have a buff to the amount of hp given per second. 2. The noise is annoying. It's too loud. You can hear it halfway across the ship. I've already seen many complaints of it being too loud. I've even seen some people (even medics) say they are sound sensitive and the bacta injector is too loud for them. This hurts both the server and the medical who can't do their job because its too loud. I think this change is pretty self explanatory. What are the advantages of having this?: Better for missions and event as well as the well being of people on the server. Who is it mainly for?: Everyone Links to any content: N/A
  17. + Support I don't know Kio too closely but I have had many experiences with him. To many troopers he may be a controversial leader, but I think there needs to be a little controversy in order for any command to function. From what I've seen, Kio puts in a lot of work with Nova and I'm sure he'd bring that work ethic over to high command. I've heard people say that Kio is rude, every situation that I have been around Kio where the outcome is a trooper saying he is rude, Kio was in the right. For instance, having to repeat yourself 5, 6, 7, 8 or more times just to get one of your own troops to stand on a wall would frustrate me a little too, so I understand if he raises his voice in situations like that. Kio is always giving feedback to troopers on the sever. I think anyone who has attend a public debrief before knows, if Kio is on the stage, he will have a PTS with a voice amp and will inform the troops on what they did well on the mission. All in all, I think Kio is an excellent choice for Marshal Commander
  18. I have had a lot of interactions with SN03. He is very professional and is my favorite DT. Also best person to take a sit from because he always has a clip.... or 5. I wish you the best in your application!
  19. Haven't interacted with Steel to much. But the interactions we've had where good. I have heard others say good things about Steel as well. Definitely deserves it!
  20. Chronos, I think you'd be a good fit as the Ninth Sister. However, your application was completed very poorly. I recommend going to look at command application is that have been accepted to see what is expected in an application.
  21. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) Diabeto | Atin | Zeros 2. What regiment are you applying for? IC VCMDR Scorch 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I dedicate a lot of my time to IC. I don't do it because I am forced to, I do it because I genuinely enjoy every last minute I spend on the job. It makes it a lot easier when the people you are playing with make the experience better. Jump, Corner, Wraith, Diamondback and many other people in IC have made my time enjoyable and I would like to take it to the next step and lead with these people. As many know, IC is still trying to recover from a tough spot. A lot of the branch has been removed because of inactivity. I would love to be part of the team of VCMDR's and our CMDR to help get IC out of this spot. Whether it's just doing roster updates, or doing more SIM's or updating documents. I want to help, me being there would relieve the workload off the rest of the command team and allow them to focus on other important tasks. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 487 hours at the time of this application 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? My answer does not differ very much from my last application. I still believe that the values I listed still hold true. A commander is first and foremost a leader to their battalion. They should be leading by example, rather than yelling out orders and expecting others to follow them. People in look up to their commanders and pay attention to what they are doing. A commander who is misbehaving or being rude is going to be looked upon in a negative light by their battalion. This is something I hold to heart, both in game and IRL. People should trust their commanders, and I think that leading by example is the best way of showing this. Personally, I have experience, both watching leaders lead and being a leader myself. Every time, the leaders who lead by example got a better response out of their team and were more successful than the leaders who just expected others to follow. The second, but not less important, priority is happiness among the battalion. People should be excited about getting on the IC job and look forward to there being something for them to do rather than just sit around. SIM’s are a great way of boosting happiness among the battalion, but there are other ways of promoting happiness among the battalion. A little while back, roughly 7 IC and I decided to play TTT and prop hunt off the server. This good everyone laughing and having an all-around good time. I think not only IC, but any battalion in general need this kind of activity. It helps the people within bond and may increase activity because someone might see a flag up ping or activity report and say: “hey, Diabeto is on, I think I’ll get on too”. I think cross battalion activity is important as well. The bond between everyone on the ship is just as important as the bond between branches. I love to hear from other battalions that IC is looking good, or "I love IC". However, what I love to hear most is someone from another battalion telling me that an IC did a good job. This means they took the time to pay attention to what another battalion was doing, look at their name, and then report it to me. I feel like without cross battalion comradery, we wouldn't get situations like this. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I believe that I am a very trustworthy individual. Since my last application I have become Omega Vice Lead Atin, Elite Squad Vice Lead Zeros, reached the rank of LTCOL, and have become a moderator. As I said in my previous application for officer, I like to have fun, but I know when it is time to be serious. I was previously a member of Crimson squad when it was first formed. I was the first Maroon (now called Volt) and had reached the highest rank in Crimson under lead, which is CSS. Furthermore, I am trainer certified in both Scout Snipers and Demolition. I have trained many individuals, some still within IC, others who have left. I believe that every individual I have trained has come out as a better member of the server. Not only that, but I would put my full trust in anyone I’ve trained. Outside of IC, I am a 1LT in Purge and am one of two Brawler Junior Leads. I am still active as Purge, but not nearly as much as IC. In all, I believe that I am a trustworthy individual and believe that I have shown I have what it takes to be a VCMDR. 7. How often can you be Online? I’m online roughly 4 hours + a day 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) I have no warnings on the server On a side note, if you took the time to read this application, please leave feedback, It's highly appreciated! Also, if you comment, please also vote. My last application had 7 comments and 2 votes... and the votes weren't even from people in the comments.
  22. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Diabeto | Fi | Zeros 2. What Regiment are you applying for? IC VCMDR Sev 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I joined IC on a whim after Sev (wraith at the time) asked me to join. I’ve enjoyed every minute of IC and have dedicated a lot of my time towards it. I actually recently went into reserves on my Purge/IQ life due to the time I’ve been spending on IC. All the people I spend time within IC are super friendly and great people all around (Jump, Corner, Wraith, Diamondback, Harry and many more). I want to give back to these people that made my time here so much fun. IC is now getting out of a tough spot, and I want to be a part of the team that helps get us out of it. I also have been around in TS when Jump and Wraith talk about the duties, they are required to perform such as roster updates and SIM requirements. Being a VCMDR would allow me to help ease the load of work the other VCMDR’s do as they cannot always be on the server. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 407 hours at the time of this application 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? In my opinion, a commander is first a leader to their battalion. They command by example and not just by barking orders at others. This is something I hold to heart both in game and IRL. People should trust their commanders and I think that leading by example is the best way of showing this. The second, but not less important priority is happiness among the battalion. People should be excited to get on the IC job and look forward to there being something for them to do rather than just sit around. SIM’s are a great way of boosting happiness among the battalion but there are other ways of promoting happiness among the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? I believe that I am a very trustworthy individual. I never took a lead or vice lead position in IC, but I do not think that makes me less trustworthy. As I said in my previous application for officer, I like to have fun but I know when it is time to be serious. I am a member of Omega at the moment and was previously a member of Crimson. The highest rank in Crimson under lead is CSS which I did reach. I am trainer certified in both Scout Snipers and Demotlition and I believe that every individual I have trained has come out as a better member of IC. I would put my full trust in anyone I’ve trained. Outside of IC, I reached 1LT in Purge and was made Brawler Junior Lead before I went into reserves to commit more time to IC. All in all, I think I can be trusted as a leader and with keeping redacted information redacted. 7. How often can you be Online? I’m online roughly 4 hours + a day 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) I have no warnings on the server
  23. +Support +Active +Know when to be serious +Command experience/lead experience Corner trained me into IC and it's amazing to see him going for a command position. Definetly excited to work with him as a VCMDR! +Mega Suport -Diabeto-
