- support - inactive, you can be gone for 4+ days without a single word - you don't try to take the lead of IF - you're not active on IF discord - you're not active on IF forums - you're too mingey for that in my opinion Sorry Ted you're a great guy but you have a lot you need to improve upon before you're ready to lead IF

I was told to make a report here as well by staff. Steeley has also already been talked to by higher ranking staff, I'm just doing what I was told to do. This also has nothing to do with me beeing angry at someone, it's about abusing your power to get someone else to break MOTD etc. I have nothing personal against Joe or any one else on this server. But if you abuse the "power" and priviliges you get, you should be punished for it accordingly.

What did the player do: He told a fellow naval to MRDM during a mission that special forces had by shooting torpedos with a transport ship 6. Evidence (REQUIRED): 7. What do you believe should happen to the player: Clearly Joe can be seen abusing his role as Naval High command by getting other people to break MOTD and MRDM during a mission. So I believe that either a removal from HC as he should know better then to do this. Or atleast a strike and be put under supervision 8. Any extra information: Don't really think so. + Support - The guy is really active - really great at following orders - by now he is pretty well known inside the battalion The application is just a bit too short and could have had some more information inside it

+ Support - Active guy - Great guy - Knows when to be IC and when its okay to have fun - Always follow orders and doesnt question it

-Support - Didnt meet the word req. - sorry but you have a hard time following orders and usually I have to repeat myself multiple times. - I would like you to get in to the NCO role a bit more first + you are active + you're fun to play with

+ support - really active - has done a lot for SF - is well known around the different battalions - good commanding officer

+ support - good commanding officer - active - knows when to be strict and when to have a bit of fun - likes apples.

+ support -We just need to make sure it doesnt get abused by IF, which it shouldnt if its restricted to Squad Leader. -Makes it easier for GMS when there is an event or training going for IF -It would hopefully make IF and SF work closer together

Imma be honest, if this was written like 2 weeks ago i'd - support it as I kind of saw you as a "minge" (lack of a better word). But you've been stepping it up and gotten more serious so + Support - Funny guy - Knows when to be serious and when you can have a laugh - Great application - Very very active

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Mikael Scott SAIF99 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Inferno Squadron Del Meeko 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I've been in IF for some time and I've really connected with the battalion and I really want to have the best opportunity to help my fellow agents. I want the best for IF and I wont it to be more serious, more "elite" and I want to make sure people look up to the battalion instead of laughing at it. We've been improving a lot over the last couple of weeks by growing the group of people and more a bit more serious. As of now I am the superviser of sharpshooters and as Del is the overseer of marksman I have already made a good relation with my fellow snipers. I need to pull my string and help the people that helped me by training me etc and who got me here. Now it's my turn to train the new people, and get them ready to become an officer of Inferno Squadron! I also really want to work on getting IF more active, and more involved with the rest of the server, not only be the annoying ones checking your ID from time to time. Like we're a part of the imperial navy, we're here to help eachother out. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Exactly 173 hours according to battlemetrics as of writing this. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? Well in my own opinion its the commanders job to make sure the next batch of agents/troopers to get to the point where they feel ready to command themselves. To gain their trust, to become their friends. Train them, yell at them, have fun with them and so on. As a commander, you're the one setting the standard of the battalion, making sure they know their boundries. It'll be my job to make them top tier fighters, RPers and making sure they follow the SOP and MOTD. I got to make sure they're well versed in their battalion specialisations, good at following order, good at commanding the lower ranking troops. Dealing with the "paperwork" making sure the roster is up to date, that the NCOs and officers are pulling their string to the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I feel like i've gotten pretty well known on this server by now, as I'm really active and a pretty friendly guy, if I get to say so myself. I've been helping Rice/Mob/Del with getting sharpshooters back up and running and made my way up to the supervisor, which shows that I have the competense to lead. I have experience in leading as I've held many different commanding roles on other servers ranging from ARC, RC, 501st, IQ, Lord Vader and so on. Its nothing new to me. I'm also very very well known within IF as I'm online most of the day and the night to hang out with my fellow agents and getting to know them is like my first priority when we recruit a new guy. 7. How often can you be Online? : As an European there is quite a big time "issue", but I'm on most of the day, it could be anything from 3-10 hours a day depending on work. And as my work schedule is kind of woonky I can work 4 hours one day, and then have a few days off to then work my ass off. But when I get home from work GMOD is my first priority. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : Not a single warning nor a single strike inside the battalion
