How is your in-game activity? (Officer activity is tracked by IC and HC.): I am on daily, usually for several hours, either AFK or playing, but either way always ready via discord. 5. What is your current sub-specialty?: DMS, SSE and CST 6. Why do you want to become an IC Officer? (150+ Words): I would like to become an Officer because of several reasons. First reason is that I would want to continue climbing higher in the regiment. I believe I have spent enough time as an NCO and feel like I am ready for the responsibilities that being an Officer has. Another reason is that when I am on, aka during the early hours usually, there aren't many IC on and even when the server starts getting more people, IC is many times lacking in numbers. Now I know that I can just contact an officer to do a flag up for me, but it would be simplier for me to just do it myself. I would also like to appreciate our enlisted via promotions when I do trainings or even if I got to hosting debriefs one day. Even though there are many reasons I want to become an officer, I can't find the right words to describe them, sorry. 7. Why should you be trusted to become an IC Officer? (100+ Words): I believe I have spent enough time in IC to have the knowledge for becoming an Officer. I do believe my past experiences will also help to me being trusted. My past experiences include Death Trooper First Lieutenant, Imperial Commando Captain, Starfighter Corps Senior Group Captain (Equivalent to LTCOL back in the day) and Inferno Squad Squad Lead (Equivalent to Captain back in the day). I have never been problematic while being an IC, always following orders by my superiors and so far keeping up with quota pretty well. I believe I am responsible enough for becoming an Officer. 8. What advantage would you bring to IC by becoming an Officer (100+ Words)? With me being on the server mostly during early hours for Americans, I would cover the times when Officers might be needed by anyone and for any reason no other Officer would be able to hop on. Outside of that, I would do my best to become a good Officer and strenghten the current Officer and Command team. I would try to bring some more entertaining trainings such as breaching, hostage situations and similar to improve our skill level in these branches. I would help with managing the lower ranks, could manage roster or overal would just take some of the Officer responsibilities on myself, which would relieve someone else of the work. 9. Why do you WANT to become a Gamemaster?: Because I see the GM team lacking. There are roughly 2 events per day and those are only hosted for the american community. I would like to host events and help with GM sits even earlier when not many GMs are on/available. As I mentioned above, I have already been a GM on this server, so I would just have to remind myself some stuff. Give a brief example of an on-ship event, as well as an example of an off-ship event: On-Ship: Rebel ships come out of hyperspace and begin dispatching fighters. They also start to fire TLs to destroy our shields. Once the shields are down, the pods start to land inside of the ship and deploy rebels. Rebel Elites would be targetting the Engine Core or Bridge to tear down the infrastructure of the ship. It is up to the imperials to handle how the event will end. Off-ship: A rebel base has been located on the planet of tatooine. The ISD hyperspaces to tatooine and deploys troops to the base. The troops eliminate the rebels and secure the base, trying to capture sensitive data and/or hostages. In case with hostages, they will be taken to the ISD for questioning. With my timezone, I am on the server usually when most of the Staff Team are offline, which means I can help while others are gone. Although I do not know everything, I want to learn new things and improve myself to become a good Moderator. With my past Staff experiences, I believe it would not be a problem for me to get back into staffing. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: Well first of all, I would check logs to confirm their Mass RDMing. Then I would try to calm them down so we can talk normally. Either way, they would be punished for their crime with a Formal Warning as well as a 5 day ban. I would of course inform them about that before acting. Because Trial Moderators cannot handle out bans themselves, I would call in an Admin+ to help me out with that.

Why do you wish to become a Senior Officer? I feel like I am ready to take on Senior Officer resposibilities and duties. Finally becoming an officer would help me on my Naval journey as well as bring some more experiences in leading. I would also love to go for ISB one day which requires Senior Officer rank. What are the duties of a Senior Officer? Mainly to host Simulations and trainings for Naval, assisting command team with leading lower rankings, guiding Junior Officers and helping them, leading naval during events and also maintaining naval activity via tryouts. How will you assist the battalion as a Senior Officer? Once I'm off my ROA, I will try to do naval sims, such as flight sims, quizzes, pvps and more. I will try to provide some tryouts or guide new junior officers with their responsibilities and duties. What qualifies you to be a Senior Officer? -Support -Event tho professionalism during events would be great I don't think this is the way - Event actors are to be taken quickly, usually just few minutes before the event starts and I feel like this would just slow the process down - Maybe event actors could be only GMs/Staff members/trusted members of the community for better professionalism?

What do you want to see?: I have 2 ideas which could be pretty neat if done properly. First Idea: It would be cool if there were events which wouldn't be really announced. Just out of nowhere, there would appear ship in airspace, rebels on ship or something like that and people would have to actually get into being attacked without being notified beforehand. This could increase the RP level and help with cooperation/coordination of the Battalions. Second Idea: If there are no GMs on, or only few and people would like to have some fun, we could let people make a report, something like "Player Event", discuss plan of the event with staff/GM and if it is approved, they'd be allowed to hop on rebel jobs and get some entertainment for the ISD. During the report, they'd have to say intention of the attack, goal, what they want it to look like, etc, so it doesn't get out of hand into like FailRP stuff. Why should we add it?: Both of these suggestions could highly increase the RP level during early and late hours. I believe it would bring some fun with it as well. What are the advantages of having this?: As I said, this could bring something to do when no/little GMs are on or, well, getting attacked when you don't expect it is kinda cool. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : SF SGC GSL Web 9153 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Star Fighter Corps 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? So, I've transferred into SF in early January this year, since that time I've made my way up to Senior Group Captain, which is the highest rank I've ever achieved. Due to this I don't think I should stop here, but progress even further and this is one of my chances. Being Vice Marshall would help me with getting hang of leading whole regiment as that is something that Captain doesn't give you. Also with us having just Marshall, I think we're in need of Vice Marshalls to help Jabronie with commanding SF. I believe I already did some good things for SF, but this position would help me improve it even more. I'd want to get SF more known across the ISD, improve our relationships with other regiments and overally make us look better. I believe most people see us as just people who fly transports, but we're a lot more. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Something under 4 weeks. 645 hours to be more specific. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? Main purpose of a Commander is to lead the battalion. They are the ones lower ranks look up to so they have to act according to it. If we go more into depth it means they have to make sure everyone is following given rules, NCOs are hosting tryouts, Officers doing SIMs, choosing new command members, updating rosters and documents and overally making sure that the battalion runs smoothly. Vice Commander's job, in this case Vice Marshall's, is to help Marshall with battalion-wide decissions, overseeing sub-branches, making sure battalion runs smoothly as well as Marshall does. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I am capable of this position, I've been in SF for more than 2 months and I've got to know how the battalion works. Also I've been command member for a bit more than a month so I got kinda hang of command position. I am pretty active on the server and always try to help if someone is in need. I've also achieved Gladius Squadron Lead position, so I got experience in leading a sub-branch. Since I joined SF I never got into some big problems. I was always trying to lead during events to improve my leading skills, which I think got really better. If I get this position I'll still want to get Gladius Squadron Overseer and help them with documents and lead it until we find new Lead. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can get on basically every day, unless I got lots of stuff in real life, however that doesn't happen often, so I can get on almost every day for like 2/3+ hours, depending on the day. 8. (Can be any length) I believe I deserve the rank because I am on the server for already some decent time, for that time I've seen many people breaking rules and I believe I could handle them. I've also seen many people during sits and even talked to few about it and I believe all I need is a bit of experience. From my time as a GM, I've seen how some Moderator things work outside of game. I also consider myself a quick learner. I think I'd be good addiction to current Staff Team once I get hang of it. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? So once I brought them to the sit, I'd try to calm them down and make them talk normally. If I wasn't there during the MRDM thing, I'd call someone who was there to tell me what happened from their view. However as they were cursing, I'd already know they really did this, because person who would be innocent wouldn't usually rage so much. So the punishment would be a Formal Warning and a 5 day ban, but since I, as a Trial Moderator, can't hand out bans, I'd call someone Admin+ to take care of it. If there was no other staff of, I'd jail them for 300 seconds and hoped that either Admin+ would join or they'd leave. Also after jailing them I'd send to the staff discord that I am requesting ban for their STEAM ID for 5 days, reason Mass RDM. Then I'd just close the ticket.
